Los empleados son demasiado de lentos. La barra vacia y hay que esperar 10min para que atiendan. Dsps un bartender ( habia trabajado junio 22 hasta el cierre) que “tengo que esperar que soy uno” cuando NUNCA lo ajore ni le habia exigido algo. Para darnos la cuenta, tuve que pedirla a 4 empleados diferente y NINGUNO pudo traermela. Inclusive, la “gerente” (con camisa blanca y roja mahones y correa “gucci”)nos “waved” como que tenemos que esperar cuando ella claramente nos habia visto multiples ocasiones y de vez en cuando atendia a personas que no hablaban español. Paso el dia de la noche sj a las 5:30pm que maybe habia gente pidiendo pero habian 6 bartenders mas ella. Gracias a Dios que ya habiamos hecho check out. Y los cuartos ni se diga, mejor me quedo en casa.

Había chinches dentro de las camas y nos comieron durante la noche, amanecimos llena de picadas por todo el cuerpo, que nos duraron una semana de picor e inflamación. La atención del hotel sobre este tema nula, nefasta y ni respondieron a mis mails
