WAY too expensive for the "luxury" nightmare I experienced. 2 different rooms flooded, one by faulty A/C, one by faulty toilet. When the toilet overflowed, they said they couldn't repair it until morning. They lied and said every room was full, so I couldn't move to another non-flooded room. Then there is the issue of the parking lot card/ticket system.
$1300 for 4 nights.... ridiculous.

The worst Courtyard Marriott that I have ever stayed. My problems started immediately, the door lock to my room would not open, the toilet clogged up in the morning, the inside window was full of mold, the hallway windows are full of mold, the hallway rugs are torn with holes, the restaurant that serves the hotel guest had poor service, the gym is dirty, the thread mills are full of rust and sticky, the elevator is pitch black at night, the parking lot gate wouldn’t open and the buzzer button doesn’t work. Upon addressing my complaints with the manager Mr. Velez, he stated, I have nothing to say. I am totally dissatisfied and applauded that Marriott hasn’t stepped in to correct these failures.

A big thanks to the general manager and the front staff for yet another fabulous vacation to Puerto Rico. While this hotel may seem off the beaten path be that it's on the west side of the island, there's lots to do in the area. Most importantly the weather is guaranteed beautiful in December and January. You can't say that for Florida! The staff are helpful and made our stay memorable yet again. We will definitely be back. Thank you also to the general manager Tomas for his assistance at making our stay special. Check out the relatively new museum next door of the army base. This hotel used to be a US army hospital and this town used to be an army town. A fascinating history

It was good, beautiful property. The pool was self serve- I had a late check in and wanted to use it, when I go, no towels, no one to ask for that or chair, all taken, why only 12 chairs in such a big area? I was only here one night and I couldn’t enjoy that.
