The location is perfect, extremely close to the bus stop for Machu Picchu and also close to the train station. The staff was very nice and helpful, they stored our bags while we went to visit the ruins and let us use the bathroom afterwards. The building is a bit messy, but that happens in most places in this town. The beds were good, it was quiet enough and their breakfast was a very happy surprise, much better than expected!

We went to Aguas Calientes with the 5 members of my family for 3 days and this small Hotel is magnificent, it gave us a super spacious room like the one we wanted so much to spend the night together, the location is perfect right in the center, everything was close , the staff is first class, they gave us a fascinating attention that made our stay perfect, being with them gave us a lot of information and directions. In the morning they gave us a delicious breakfast, the hot water works correctly, it is recommended to visit this place. Grateful for the excellent guide they recommended to us.

La atencion del personal es bastante amable nos vinieron a recoger para poder llevarnos al hotel, nos explicaron todo y nos dieron unos amuletos de la buena suerte que ellos mismos elaboraron, la ubicaccion esta muy bien posicionado cerca a restaurantes, parada de bus y plaza, la habitaccion que nos asignaron estupenda muy limpio, el desayuno que nos dieron estaba excelente.

Nos gusto todo, la ubicaccion muy buena, personal super amable con ganas de ayudar siempre estan atentos, los pasadizos estaban decorados con unas hermosas plantas, la habitacio estuvo bien limpia y las camas comodas y grandes, el desayuno era completo y muy sabroso, guardaron nuestras maletas, recomiendo encarecidamente amakonkay.

The attention of Alexander and Edilberto is wonderful, always aware of us and helping with what we need, they waited for us at the train station and explained everything about Machupicchu town. The room has everything you need to spend the night and you can see the great effort in cleaning, the impeccable room, the breakfast that they gave us to take away quite sustainable. We were able to leave our stuff after check-out and enjoy a break at reception.

Sans aucun doute, c'est un endroit marravillo avec des gens si sympathiques qui rendent votre séjour parfait, l'attention est très bonne et la chambre est amblia et propre, le petit déjeuner parfait et l'emplacement le point exact à proximité de toute la gare routière, de la place principale et train de la gare.

L'emplacement était parfait, tout était proche de notre environnement, l'attention du personnel amical et serviable, le prix était assez bon et la chambre était très confortable et très propre, ils nous ont permis de ranger nos sacs jusqu'à notre retour du Machu Picchu.

The location of the hotel is incredible, it is close to everything, and even to the Plaza de Armas, the staff is very dedicated and concerned, always aware of everything, and I appreciate the work done because it is a great help, breakfast is quite good, wifi to perfection , they allowed us to store our things and rest in reception a point in favor, we had an excellent guide to recommendation, in terms of quality and price I will assume that it is quite good for the great service provided, if I had another opportunity without thinking I will return
