Stayed here for our trip to Macchu Picchu and decided to stay an extra night. Receptionist gave out to us for not being checked out upon arrival back from Macchu Picchu. Had to remind him we said we wanted to stay an extra night. Asked for clean towels and sheets and when we came back a couple of hours later this wasn't done had to ask again. When it was done the duvet cover which had a spec of blood stain when we arrived hadn't been replaced as this stain was still there. Light switch in bathroom was dodgy and soap dispenser wouldn't work. Showers were cold and the the bed and pillows were smelly. Overall an unclean and unfriendly place

El desayuno no es rico. Y las dos mañanas que estuve tuve que pedir que me calienten el cafe porque estaba helado. Las habitaciones estan muy pegadas, se escucha todo, y tienen mucho olor a humedad. No vale el precio que sale, me cobraron 80 dólares las dos noches

Excelente, muchas gracias Moisés por tu apoyo , por la información, nos encanto el hotel la habitación dormí placenteramente lista para la caminata con un buen desayuno buenazo y que mejor con una buena atención muchas gracias , que rico el café ☺️☕ y me guardaron la mochila 100 %% recomendable volveré con la familia espero mi descuento

Fuimos al hotel solo a dormir ya que al dia siguiente madrugabamos para subir a Machu Pichu. La experiencia fatal, sucio malos olores, el wiffi no funcionaba en fin un desastre absoluto. Teniamos incluido el desayuno que era en consonancia con el resto no habia servilletas y nos dieron un rollo de papel higienico.

Nos quedamos una noche , fue muy bonito también el hotel cabe decirles que estuve en la misma cadena en cusco , el desayuno es igual de bueno el personal muy atentos , me recogieron de la estación felizmente 😁 todo bien muy bueno y cerca a la estación eso fue favorable para nuestro retorno 👍

We loved the secludedness of this hotel. We were away from the more touristy restaurants near the train station. It was close to the soccer field at the back of Aguas Calientes. The hotel gave us a small room with an equally small window making the room feel cramped. I asked for something with a larger window and they happily obliged. The room was great and the bed was comfy. There was hot water which was so nice and rare to find in Peru. The front desk held our bags after check out while we were touring Machu Picchu. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Would stay here again.

The hotel staff was the best I have ever seen. They go out of their way to assist and to help. They provide all necessary information. Even though I was downstairs past the breakfast hours, they still accommodated me and made sure I had something to eat. They are very friendly and hospitable. While the hotel is only 3 stars, the staff is far better than any 5 star hotel in which I have ever stayed. Thank you Intiwatana El Tambo!!
