First of all, let me explain that the reason for coming to Aguas Calientes is definitely Machu Picchu, and the living environment requirements should be lowered. This price is also very reasonable in the town. Next, I want to say it objectively. 1. The location is wrong. Do not use Google Map or address to find it. Be sure to ask someone. It is actually outside the Perurail train station, near the football field, not by the Incarail railway; 2. This is a Spanish-speaking area. Even in scenic hotels, the English is very limited. I paid the room fee through Trip.com, so I only need to pay tax of 8.02 US dollars, but when I arrived at the hotel front desk, I was required to pay the full room fee of 45 US dollars. U.S. dollars, and they had to use their exchange rate to convert it into local currency + 5% handling fee to swipe the card. I asked a colleague from Trip to help communicate, and then I found their boss. In the end, they charged me about 11 U.S. dollars (why was it not the 8.02 U.S. dollars when I booked the room? I don’t know, my Trip colleague didn’t explain it, he just said that the hotel said it was this price and let me pay, okay) 3. The room is very humid, and the toilet has peculiar smell and small bugs, especially the wash basin, which will reappear an hour after each flush; 4. Right next to Perurail, the earliest train will leave at 5 o'clock, and the hot train will leave half an hour later. If you want to go to bed early or get up late, it is not suitable. There are trains all day long; 5. Only one room on each floor has a window facing the outside. The windows of other rooms all face the corridor. It will be very noisy when someone walks by at night; 6. WiFi cannot be connected and cannot be solved; 7. Breakfast is simple but very reasonable for the price.

The rooms are comfortable, comfortable, they comply with everything advertised, the staff is friendly, always willing to help, breakfast is a buffet, I only had one inconvenience, which is the noise of the train but it is only momentary.

I really liked it, the perfect location, I only stayed one night but it is a hotel with super comfortable and clean rooms. The wifi network was a little weak, the only drawback because the rest was perfect. We had a pisco sour that they kindly offered us as a welcome, super delicious. The attention of the staff is impeccable. They had the service of taking our luggage to the train station which is approximately 600-700 meters away.

The hotel is cozy, its food is very good. Their attention is very good and above all a good, pleasant and healthy location. I thank Young Alejandro and Miss Juliet for the attention provided and of course Mr. Hugo. Thank you for such beautiful experiences.

All good with the agency. We arrived on the 24th or 25th and there was a girl who didn't know what her mission was. She was very dubious and treated us in the worst way that took away my desire to go to Machupiqcho. Today in the morning the same naive woman also served us, sincerely she is not friendly at all, just seeing her took away my desire to have breakfast, that girl does not know how to serve foreigners nor does she have any manners.

Very good hotel with exceptional service, Mariza and Julieta are very nice and with super special and friendly attention, I am happy with the experience, so I will recommend it to my friends and family.
