O hotel fica a 700m da estação de trem. Fica numa rua movimentada de bares e restaurantes. O café da manhã é simples, mas tem o básico. O ruim é que é por hora marcada porque o espaço é pequeno e não cabe todos de uma vez. As instalações são boas, mas a água quente do banheiro não esquenta. Reclamei, mas não foi resolvido. O pior que achei foi o checkout ser às 09:00 da manhã. É terrivelmente cedo.

No hot water. Room smells bad and the worse of the all, I left my luggage at the reception when I back to pick up at 2pm the hotel was CLOSED. I called the hotel phone number no one answered. I wait for 30 minutes no one show up. As I have a train and a bus to catch in time the store beside her call someone who call the property manager to get my luggage and run to catch the train at the last minute.

Este es un hotel muy acogedor con todos los servicios básicos que se necesitan en una estadía en Machupicchu.
Resalto la buena disposición y amabilidad del Sr. Rafael, quien puesto a ayudar, puede incluso brindar servicios fuera del mismo Hotel, nos quedamos con mi novia dos noches y lo disfrutamos mucho.

When my group and I checked in the desk personnel told us that breakfast would be ready for us at 5:00 a.m.. when we left at 5:10 a.m. there nobody at the front desk.

Location is good though almost anywhere is here. Very small village. Hotel has great bathrooms and very clean. Staff was very good too. Two problems - 1. the bed was extremely hard. 2 the sound echoes so when ppl started having breakfast at 5-5:30am you could hear the screeching of the chairs and talking. There is no sound buffer and it travels to third floor like they were right next to us.
