Hotel Puerto Juan Montiel Spa & Base Nautica

The location is good and parking is convenient. The hotel is very old. The room is very large and spacious. The bathtub is nice and the air conditioner is like a tractor. The breakfast is simple and the view outside the window is very good. It is OK for a one-night stopover

Nous avons passé 7 jours dans cet hôtel. La ville de Aguilas est une très belle ville. Nous avons séjourné dans une junior suite au 4ème étage. La vue depuis notre chambre était magnifique. Vue directe sur la mer. La chambre est propre, il y avait 1 salle de douche et une salle de bain en plus d'une chambre et un salon dans lequel le canapé lit avait été déployé. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Nous avons du demander de trouver une solution pour le canapé lit car il était impossible de dormir. Matelas à ressorts qui rendent le sommeil impossible. Le matelas a été remplacé par un lit une personne d'appoint qui était déjà plus confortable mais nous avons du dormir à 3 dans le lit qui était très grand heureusement. Le lit est confortable. La piscine extérieure n'a pas pu être utilisée malgré le beau temps : des travaux avaient été effectués. Il aurait été judicieux de les faire durant l'hiver. Heureusement, nous avons pu utiliser la piscine intérieure. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est vieillot et doit être remis au gout du jour. De nombreux meubles sont abimés aussi bien dans l'hotel que dans la chambre. Nous avons mangé à la cafétaria un midi. La cuisine était quelconque et nous n'y sommes pas retournés. Il y a plusieurs bars/restaurants pas loin de l'hotel ou l'on peut manger beaucoup mieux qu'à l'hôtel et pour un prix plus intéressant au point de vue de qualité/prix. Même pour le petit déjeuner. La plage est près de l'hôtel. Il n'y avait pas de maitre nageur à cette époque.

El hotel está en el puerto deportivo Juan Montiel y está fenomenal para ir a pasar unos días a Aguilas. El personal es muy amable y tratan de ayudarte en todo y las habitaciones son espaciosas. Al viajar 4 siempre comemos una habitación tipo suit y tienen baño en cada habitación así como, otro en medio que tiene ducha Lo único que poner un pero es que el bufete es un poco caro ya que son 20€ por persona e ir los 4 se va a 80€ que, para ser un bufete en Aguilas, me parece un precio caro, en Madrid hay bufet por 26€ y estamos hablando de Madrid. Quizás a 15€ sería un precio muy apropiado y tendría mucha más aceptación Por lo demás un 10

Hotel de Costa donde el precio no se adecua a la calidad de las habitaciones y baño. Necesita una reforma y dada la escasa oferta en alojamiento, es “lo tomas o lo dejas”. Excelente ubicación enfrente de la playa (es lo que tiene bueno) y en cuanto a la comida, bien. Mejorable para el precio, insisto.

Quite bad service, to call by phone almost impossible, to listen to music to see if with any luck they answer you at some point, the terrible cleaning in the room in the slot of the armchairs, tobacco ashes and a smell that stinks, you arrive to the room, a suite that we paid for and they also charged us more than what appeared on the page and not a bottle of water in the refrigerator and that it is a four-star hotel, we complained and they told us that they have changed to the Senator chain and that they are somewhat lost and I wonder to collect, they don't seem to have any problem and be lost!! I asked at the reception to speak with a boss, director, manager or similar and there was no one, only her who attended and charged, no one else, we asked for the complaint form and in this case it was lucky that they had the form there. Finally SHAME

Very good hotel on the beachfront and also a few meters from the Águilas marina, very friendly staff both in bars and at reception, spacious and clean rooms, it is located 1.5 km from the city center and above all it has a impressive terrace bar, has private parking and also a public one a few meters away

Excellent establishment on the beach with huge common spaces, swimming pool, endless terraces and lounges, accessibility, very spacious rooms and very comfortable beds, ours with perfect views of Poniente beach, cafeteria restaurant open until late and lots of staff attentive service to any need. The buffet breakfast was varied, good, and with someone attending to extra requests. It has its own parking which is unnecessary outside of high season as there is free parking right outside the hotel. I think in general it equals many 5 stars.
