Staying in binori was a wonderful experience. All staff are cordial and helpful. Sucharita on the reception desk, was very helpful with pleasant ***ners. She looked after requirements very well, specifically for room selection. Location of the hotel is very convenient.

Hotel is good and clean. Food served is also very fresh and tasty. Location is on main road, very near to zydus hospital. We were recommend for this hotel by zydus hospital as we had an appointment in zydus.

hotel staff are very unprofessional. u wont find any of the staff from service industry.front desk staff are very rude in behaviour.very money minded hotel and when i was taking breakfast there was nails inside the food for which i complained to gm of the hotel and his reply to me was aapne hi daala hai ismeā¦and then they accepted that it was thier faultā¦overall pathetic experience.its a 1000 category types hotel not much more than that.they dont know how to treat with personalsā¦.if anyone is paying for a room he or she would desire for good service which is completely missingā¦baki toh rooms aise kahi bhi mil jate haiā¦.
