Customers received feedback about the lack of professionalism from the staff.
They did not pick up my customer while I had previously booked.
They compensated by dropping off but it seems they also forgot this information.
My guests complained a lot and said they would never return to that hotel because of the lack of professionalism.
I don't believe that I booked a customer for a high amount of money and this happened to a big brand.

You need to go through the hotel security check before checking in. Due to the machine, the bag fell from the security check machine and the entire bottle of perfume in the bag was damaged. The hotel manager handled it promptly and arranged for the staff to go to a local store of the same brand to buy a new bottle as compensation. The staff are serious and responsible, the room is quiet and hygienic, and travel is convenient! 20 minutes from the airport!

The most hospitable hotel so far leaving me spellbound with the preparations done for my 70th birthday giving me a memorable birthday. Brijal went out of her way to make it so special and the front desk manager was always helpful. The staff at the restaurant were amazing scuttling around attending to everyone’s demands. The variety of food offered surpassed my imagination. Manoj. Pankaj Kavita to name a few were just too good will definitely be back and also recommend to my friends
