Customers received feedback about the lack of professionalism from the staff.
They did not pick up my customer while I had previously booked.
They co****sated by dropping off but it seems they also forgot this information.
My guests complained a lot and said they would never return to that hotel because of the lack of professionalism.
I don't believe that I booked a customer for a high amount of money and this happened to a big brand.
The hotel is really bad

辦理入住前需要過酒店安檢，因為機器的原因造成包從安檢機上掉下來，包裏整瓶香水破損，酒店經理及時處理，安排工作人員去當地同品牌專賣店買了一瓶新的做補償，工作人員認真負責，房間安靜衞生，出行方便！距離機場20分鐘路程！

The most hospitable hotel so far leaving me spellbound with the preparations done for my 70th birthday giving me a memorable birthday. Brijal went out of her way to make it so special and the front desk ***ager was always helpful. The staff at the restaurant were amazing scuttling around attending to everyone’s de***ds. The variety of food offered surpassed my imagination. ***oj. Pankaj Kavita to name a few were just too good will definitely be back and also recommend to my friends

Красивый вид из окна. В комнате есть все принадлежности для принятия душа, кровать удобная.
Отзывчивый и внимательный персонал, который старается помочь по любым вопросам.. отличный ресторан с широким выбором ассортимента. Блюда вкусные.
Есть бассейн с зоной для релаксации.
Местоположение нам было удобно, это была бизнес-поездка. С такси проблем нет.
Рекомендую данный отель проживания.

Well maintained hotel, spacious rooms and bathroom with all basic amenities as required.
Polite and friendly staff, we have opted for room with breakfast and food was quite delicious with multiple options.
I noticed that they are serving vegetable juices apart from other drinks which was quite unique. I have never seen vegetable juice in any hotel till now.
