This property requires lot’s of fixes. For a 4 star hotel, I was expecting much more cleanliness, you can see the layers of dust on top of the trims. There were broken floor transitions, broken wall paneling, broken trims and I even saw broken ceiling tiles, wallpaper seams were visible. So, for the price I paid I didn’t get the quality of the service or the quality property conditions. You can smell the cigarette smoke in some rooms. I can’t write everything that was wrong here either.

We stayed there from 26th april to 30 th april service was not upto the mark hotel food was good and reasonably priced.

No teliphine working. Not working. No room service. Poor service. When we ll then they will tell we ll do it. After entering room. We are only to tell then this is not working that is not working. We are not guest it's feel like we are worker to tell them what is working what is not

I booked the place because i was only looking for a place to sleep for 1 night, so expectations were already low. However, it's weird to be in a hotel where even a menu isn't available in the room, neither was any kettle / tea / coffee which is normal in even budget hotels around the country. But the staff is superb, very polite, accommodated my requests.

Being a 4 star as claimed, didn't expect the room to stink. When complained about same, apart from excuse nothing happened. Even though room freshener was requested, no one bothered to look into it. There was no cooling in the room as well! please look into the same so that other customers don't face the same.

Room n facilities are good! food is also great at restaurant! mini freeze in our room was not working, we complained about it on the reception thrice, but they did nothing about it! after that we have to order cold water bottles from them!

Issue with ac unit, trips ***y time and dirty towels in bathroom in room dining is also average. Room cleaning and breakfast is good
