I just visited Kanak Beacon Hotel 3 days before, I must say the previous ***ager Mr. Rakesh Kumar was extremely helpfull and co-operative, I always feels like my second home to come and stay there, but this time dont know why but unfortunately I got a very bad experience, and also heard from other staffs that Mr. Rakesh Kumar has left the hotel. Personally I must say that he deserves all the kudos to maintain the needs and requirements of guests, as I seen him the way he handle every guests was extremely great to watch, even an angry person will gets norms with talking to him. This time I faced ***y problems while my stay, like the behaviour of staffs was worthless, the ***agement was not very good, HK was good, but the ***agement was not at all good compare to when Mr. Rakesh was there. Receptionist won't bother to listen anything once I get checked in. All over bad experience.
