Average not value for money, wi fi was slow and one has to pay extra for buying good wifi service. The fridge was not functioning. Not a good experience.

The most pathetic experience! no hot water ac not working beds were separate, stinking rooms no toiletries

Pathetic stay. Room was same like oyo or any other lodging. No Taj standards. Hotel was getting renovated however no intimation given. None of the facilities were operational. Will not recommend to anyone out there. IHCL should surely look into this matter.

The hotel is under maintenance. And due to this you will hear continuous noise for ongoing work. Additionally, the available rooms are on the top floor with pathetic non-working ac. Dental kits, shower caps, room slippers etc were not available. It was totally an unpleasant experience.

The hotel had undertaken major repairs to the place but it had not informed guests about this at the time of booking. The guests were taken by surprise and they were required to be taking meals from makeshift arrangements and with extremely poor service levels with no support staff.

Placed in a quiet location away from the city busy road but very much interested the heart' of the city behind himalayan mall
