We just came into the hotel. 1. No one at the counter to assist us with luggage 2. They don't know which room is available and is clean. Or they didn't have a clean room at 5pm in the evening even though all their check outs happen at 9am - this is what the receptionist nonchalantly told me when I told him I needed to check out late the day I was leaving ( 1pm ) and he asked for an extra 1500 Rs for this. 3. They have a person at reception who isn't even able to pronounce letters and numbers clearly, so I'm unable to use wifi. 4. On scanning the in room dining menu QR, the service provider on whose website their menu and ordering system is suspended because hotel hasn't made payment 5. Called and explained this to restaurant, they said they'll send somebody, they haven't. It's been an hour. 6. Clean rooms are the only + AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
