One of the dustbin wasn’t emptied and one of the drawers had garbage from someone who stayed earlier.

Location of hotel is great due to its proximity to sterling hospital. I was there to attend my brother who was admitted at sterling hospital and the hotel is adjacent to hospital. Maintenance and service was poor. Bathroom floor was slippery, hand shower in toilet was leaking and tape was wrapped around to stop the leakage. At the time of check-in water bottle was not there in the room, when asked to provide got it after a long wait. Dental kit and hair oil were not available, on de***d provided but after waiting for a long time. I got a deal therefore at that price it was good but at normal rate not worth.

Good environment, rooms are hygienic, good staff behaviour, nearby facilities are also good, having metro station nearby. Overall having a good experience must visit once.

We booked king size bed, but they gave us twin bed and when we told them this is not we have booked they told we have only available this room and told us to join those bed and make is king bed! we tried also but it was like a gap in between soo it was not comfortable, room was not what it looked like in photos! we were really uncomfortable and room size is very small from shown in photos! even ac was not working!

The horrible part of the hotel is that check out time is 9 am and they start to call at 8 am, when the breakfast timing is 7 30 am to 10 30 am, after asking this question to the hotel, they say you should have seen our timing

Good rooms, conduct towards customers can be improved, basic standard rooms should include 1 table and chair and not just suites.

Room was a bit small but the service is good. Good as an affordable stay if staying for 2-3 days only.

Decent hotel but lacks some very basic amenities. Executive rooms are good for one person. Hotel staff provided used water bottle for drinking water and the bottle was stinking! the bathrooms do not have proper windows and anyone from the opposite building can easily see inside! the hotel staff was reluctant to admit this. Executive room lacks ventilation and there is a typical smell because of that. Overall an average stay.
