Ein tolles Hotel machen nicht die Möbel oder die Ausstattung, sondern die Mitarbeiter aus, so auch die gute Seele Frau Zapf die jetzt schon die Gäste seit 15 Jahren mit Herz und Leidenschaft verwöhnt. Ich kann dieses Hotel für Privat und auch Geschäftlich sehr empfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt so, dass man auf einen hoteleigenen Parkplatz angewiesen ist. Damit wirbt das Hotel auch ausdrücklich. Jedoch waren weder vor dem Hotel noch in der TG Parkplätze verfügbar. Hätten wir dies gewußt, hätten wir nicht gebucht. Das W-Lan funktioniert auf dem Zimmer nicht. Das ist 2021 selbst bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht akzeptabel. Als wir abends von HH in unser Zimmer kamen, war dieses nicht gemacht, obwohl wir das entsprechende Schild herausgehängt hatten. Das einzige, was an dem Aufenthalt gut war, war das Restaurant. Ansonsten kann man vor diesem Etablissement nur warnen.

Because of tire failure on Autobahn we had to stay in Ahrensburg waiting for new tire from Munich. Our stay at Schloss hotel was awesome with great service and solving our problem with acommodity because of the car problem. Really good service and worth an detour.

Stayed at this hotel for one night as we were unable to find space in Hamburg proper. Having tried it I would love to come again for a proper visit, as we only saw the beautiful castle nearby on our way out. Rooms were quite comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was tasty with a lot of choices, but we got the impression from the hotel's website that it was included in the room rate, but it turns out we had to pay extra. Checking in took quite some time as the receptionist had our keys mixed up with others.
