The perfect, comfortable, affordable stay at the end of a ski holiday the night before we fly. A full day of skiing, a relaxed transfer to Geneva and the Odalys, and a free shuttle to the airport the next morning. What a win!

The location is great close to Switzerland, i.e. at the border there was a bus that left you in the centre in 25 minutes and in car about 15 minutes . Otherwise very happy with everything. We will certainly repeat 😊. In addition it is pet friendly, very recommended.

We arrived at 11pm, tired due to a long flight delay. We were hungry and no food was available. We asked the receptionist if we could just have a drink from the bar behind her. She said no. There was no apology. I explained that if we'd arrived at an Accor or Radisson hotel they be able to help us. She just shrugged her shoulders. She wouldn't even provide fresh milk for my wife to make a cup of tea in the room. The check in was also time consuming and complicated. I was asked to pay for the room on arrival. I did this using my American Express card. I was then bizarrely asked for a €250 deposit. The receptionist explained that while I could use Amex for the room the €250 could not be paid on Amex, so I had to pay this on a Visa. I'd paid for the room in full and in advance so why was I being asked for more money? I get a breakage deposit if you're staying a week at a fully equipped apartment but this was just a double room with a bathroom. We were offered breakfast in our welcome email at €8.50 each but this was charged at €29 for two on our departure. Despite the coffee machine not working and there being nothing hot to eat left at 9am. Not good. The room itself was very nice, shame about the staff and ludicrous check in deposit situation.

The hotel is very friendly and well equipped with all the necessary to spend a few days of holiday. I would say that the only negative point is a small lack of room in the kitchen (in the place of the mirror next to the kitchen, I think it would have been good to put floors or a small furniture and put the mirror on the door of the room of Ban or in front of the armoire) because no place to set the few courses for the stay once the clothes in the armoire.

After the visit of our tour to France, Avignon, we stay in this hotel with our tour guide, ugur, the killers. Some of the staff are friendly, especially those from the Reception. The hotel is strategically located opposite Annemasse Main Train Station. You can easily purchase the ticket and travel to Geneva too. Latitude 46 serves good food (it is the hotel's only restaurant) There are several bus station nearby, where you can hoop on / off the bus easily (eg : Tango) Opposite the hotel is the Tourism Board of Annemasse. There is a mini bar and conference rooms at Level 8 of the hotel. if you wish to stay in this hotel, it is better to be able to communicate in French, else it is very hard to talk to the staff However the room is very small there is no cupboard to hang clothes. If you are staying in standard room, no bedroom sleepers will be provided. According to reception, Sleepers are only for those in Executive Rooms. The carpet in the room is not clean, and I noticed that cleaners entered the room with their boots / shoes, and that could be the reason why the carpet is always dusty and dirty. Another thing to note is the bedsheet is not clean. The mini bar at Level 8 closes at around 10pm, which is too early. The waitresses will ask you to leave by around 10pm. she spoke in French and none of us could understand. Most staff cannot communicate in English. The place may not be safe especially at nights, you can hear people fighting at the back street , from your hotel room . One of the evenings (16 Apr) , we reached the Latitude 46 at around 9.37pm, and were trying to place our orders, a young waiter told us that the kitchen have closed. However, as per the reception, the last call to the kitchen was always at 10pm. We were left with no food, as most of the cafes nearby have already closed, ended up we had to buy burgers from McDonalds. The young waiter (male) was very rude and could not speak English efficiently. In my opinion, this hotel is more suitable only for short stay One plus point is, it is located very near to the town's main train station. That's it.

I stayed there for 2 nights where I was on business trip in Geneva. The staff by the reception were rude and not service-minded. There is no wine opener in the room. So I went down to reception to borrow one. The staff told me he could not let me take it and I have to bring the bottle down and open it there! It was such a humiliating experience. The staff were slow and sloppy. The facilities was poor. The room is very small and has only bed, a small table and a chair. No hairdryer, no ironing board, no bottle opener, no cups or glass. It was very expensive comparing what I got. The location is not convenient. It is in the middle of nowhere. The grocery store nearby closes early.

The hotel is clean, well located, friendly staff. The room is not spacious but sufficient for 1 or 2 people who only pass the night. The bathroom is well equipped. The breakfast is a perfect continental buffet and represents this kind of hotel. Two bemols: - it would be really important to offer cut bread. It is not quite assertive that every client takes the bread to cut it.
