The experience of staying in this hotel is terrible!
There was a big difference between the room given by the hotel and the room booked (19 square meters). The room was very small and there was basically no room for activities except the double bed. After many negotiations with the hotel and Ctrip, it took more than 3 hours. At that time, with the coordination of Ctrip's manager, I changed to another room in another hotel. Of course, I had to pay (only Ctrip could pay). Due to the long journey here and the three or so hours of negotiation, I was physically and mentally exhausted and could no longer argue with the hotel or Ctrip, so I had to reluctantly check in. In fact, the room I changed was not much larger.
I have never encountered such a situation after traveling abroad for more than a month. I feel terrible!
