It was very close to the station and very convenient. The restaurant next door had a wide variety of menu items and was reasonably priced, so I was very satisfied.

Standard business hotel. Although there is a parking space in front of the hotel, the parking place for the overnight car is a nearby municipal parking lot (actually a parking lot of a cheap supermarket called LAMU). I think it can't be helped, but as mentioned in another comment, the front desk's response is somewhat lacking. Not all people are familiar with geography, so prepare a map, or write in the parking lot in front of the hotel that "This place is for temporary use only, and guests staying at the hotel should move to a nearby area after checking in." Or, I thought there was a way to devise a little more. It didn't feel like there were only regular customers.
