Before boarding the plane, I called the hotel to arrange for a pick-up. The front desk agreed to arrange it very quickly. After a while, I received a text message confirming the pick-up. After arriving, I didn't see the driver. I called the front desk to coordinate. Later, I saw the driver get on the car, and the front desk called to confirm. It was really responsible.
The check-in procedure was very fast. The hotel lobby looks brand new and bright, quiet in a busy place. The room is not big, double-glazed, and the sound insulation effect is very good. It feels better than the online reviews.

I had all sorts of worries before going and lowering my expectations might be a lot better.
It feels like the hotel has been renovated, and overall it's much better than expected.
The price is definitely not worth it, just one night is fine.
The hotel staff gets off work at 6 o'clock, so remember to arrive before then.

The location is very good, the downstairs is the main Street, it is very convenient to buy things, it takes about 10 minutes to go to Airlie Port, the room is small, there is a night club opposite, but the sound insulation is OK

Comfortable, excellent location, helpful staff. The hotel is central to Airlie beach with shops and restaurants nearby. The room is comfortable and the bathroom was great. Lovely products provided and excellent room cleaning every day if you want. Overall, an excellent stay.

Staff on arrival friendly and efficient.
Aircon was not working and it was a hot a humid night in Airlie Beach so we did not get much sleep.
$300 for a 36 sq2m room was over the top!

Excellent location, very well kept property and room. Very nice staff and very helpful. Beautiful views in the back of the hotel. Loved it. These are some photos around the property near the lagoon and the back of the hotel from the lagoon area.

Great location, handy to everything in main street Airlie. Sound proof windows are a plus being on the main street. Lovely staff, comfortable rooms. A tad small but was not there much. Overall great stay. Maybe oil your shower screen wheels in 114, bit loud.
