In a good location but overall we found this place to be poor. Rooms are ok (with very, very small tv’s). Duty receptionist had left early and told us the key to our room was in a safety box. It wasn’t. She had forgotten to leave it. We then had to wait for her to return to give us the key. Advertised reception hours are nonsense. Rooms are basic but ok. They are, though, expensive for what you get. Internet barely functioned.

We only stayed one night, but would definitely stay again. Lovely reception and process with staff from start until we left, web above and beyond to give us a hand. Thanks again for having us, we will be back

I only came up for the night but didn’t expect personalised service and perfect rooms. The room was clean, just the right size, and had everything my partner and I needed. I’m not usually the type to write reviews but this place deserved it. Thanks to the managers for an lovely stay!

Airlie Beach accomodation in general is expensive and this motel was at the cheaper end of the scale. The buildings are quaint - being totally made of timber - inside and out. Age had darkened the timber - and along with the dated interiors, there is a bit of a medieval feel about it. Access and parking are limited and challenging. I wouldn't try and take a large vehicle there, and you need good reversing skills. We had an issue with noise from a unit above us - and the management sorted that out for us. There is on way that wooden floors above can be sound-proof.

Walked in to make a booking around 11pm and Lyn who checked us in was super kind and understanding even though we came without a booking and it was super late. The other staff member Lisa has organised a tour booking next morning and in 5 minutes everything was sorted and someone was there to pick us up. Amazing customer service from both lovely ladies. Apartment itself was full contained and it was very clean and tidy. View from the porch was stunning! I wish we could stay longer.
