I live in an apartment, so I can hear the people next door. The inside of the room was completely different from the photo. Amenities were also not very complete.

The view from the room was great and the room was clean. Staff friendly. Lift not airconditioned. Spa bath was poorly laid out meaning the surrounding tiles and floor were very wet. Shower very low above bath. A couple of jets on the spa not working and the button to adjust their intensity was stuck. We had to take all our rubbish from the room ourselves and clean the cutlery and glassware.

I love this place. I have stayed here about 4 times now. It's close to town. All rooms have a view of the ocean. Apartments have all I need. We were a group of 11 for Easter and booked 6 apartments. BBQ area was quite small so didn't suit our needs. It was good value for money.

We’ve had the best experience on our East Coast trip so far! The apartment had everything we needed, the terrasse overlooking the harbour was lovely for dining. Beds were comfy, AC was strong, very quiet location. Justin was incredibly helpful and helped us check in early after a long night bus ride!

Fabulous unit with a lovely view of the harbour. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Unit was very comfortable. Also very helpful there was a washing machines and dryers to use.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Suggested Whitehaven beach tour, which we did and thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again

The staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great for the ferry and walking into town. Rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. Outdoor pool is wonderful and has shade to keep you protected if required from the harsh sun. Will return on my next visit thankyou to all
