The room itself was ok, however rooms balcony was unmaintained and dangerous and an external light lit our bedroom all night, which made it difficult to sleep.

Parking is no issue. For the price we paid for 2 people but got a 2 bedroom apartment with ocean view, it was a great deal. Would come back.

The entire hotel as a whole appeared to be decent. However, once we reached the room, it was noticeable immediately that the rooms are not maintained well. For example, the furniture is old, the baseboards are not washed, the bathroom vent was not cleaned well, the shower was rusty and many other noticeable areas that require improvement.
This property is overrated and did not appear as how it was advertised on *******. Furthermore, the A/C unit was not working properly and unfortunately, it was etremely difficult to report this to front staff as they were not around after 7pm.
With the room itself, it was disappointing - the room did not meet the images used for marketing on *******.

We had a wonderful stay in a one bed apartment at The Sebel. I was travelling with my mum and 18 month old daughter for 3 nights. Location: it’s in a great spot opposite the Port of Airlie. Ideal if you’re planning on doing day trips to the reef or islands with Cruise Whitsundays as it’s a short 5 minute walk to the port. Town is another 5-10 minute walk or a quick taxi ($10). Apartment: clean and modern with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view of the port was gorgeous and the pool area is lovely. Staff: very friendly staff and excellent communication. Overall we highly recommend staying here and hope to return!

Struttura non lontana dal centro ...silenziosa e comoda...unico neo è che purtroppo non lasciano un numero sufficiente di asciugamani in appartamento ....bisognerebbe usare quelli in dotazione per tutto la durata del soggiorno ...ho provato a chiederne di piu ma me li hanno sostituiti anziché aumentarli ....darei a questa struttura 3 stelle...

Our family of 4 stayed for a week in a 2 bedroom apartment in March. The accommodation was clean and really comfortable and had everything we needed including kitchen and laundry facilities. Beds were super comfortable and aircon kept us cool in very muggy weather. The pool was lovely and the accommodation is an easy 10 min walk into town. The Gym needs some maintenance and was a bit disappointing to our teens otherwise the stay was perfect. Thanks to the staff for keeping the property so well maintained.

Stayed at the sebel Airlie Beach and for the price it was not worth it. Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and it became extremely slippery. Secondly front deck was rotten in a patch and had witches hats and tape that appeared to have been there for a while and was not fixed. Won't stay there again very poor quality and sebel has gone done hill.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and went beyond expectations to make our stay great. The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The deck was very large and comfortable, and was visited quite often by the parakeets. The view over the harbour and bay was very nice and provided beautiful sunrises.
