Our favorite place in the Cook islands! The resort and staff take care of your every need from the moment you arrive. The resort is perfectly situated, secluded, yet close enough to town should you wish to explore. The villas have all you need to sit and relax and soak in the views of the lagoon. The restaurants have fantastic food breakfast through dinner and the bar staff create incredible unique cocktails daily. Although we could spend our entire vacation at the resort should you want to get out and about the resort staff can help arrange all kinds of water or land adventures. There's plenty to do just at the resort. The pool and kayaks are well maintained. The snorkeling right off the resort is incredible. The on site spa has a great selection of massage and services to pamper yourself. And the new rotating, daily activities provided by the staff are a great touch. We really enjoyed participating in coral planting with Joeli and learning about and helping to preserve this incredible lagoon. We also learned to make Ei and Ika Mata. All around this is the place to just get away and relax. Every staff member is friendly, helpful and and goes out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. This was our second time at Pacific Resort Aitutaki and we will definitely return.

Every room is a separate bungalow so you barely know you have neighbours, other than when you see people at the pool or restaurant! The beach is only metres away, with direct access to from your private balcony and an outdoor shower to rinse off. Rooms are a little bit on the dark side because of the decor but everything is clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Joeli and Baldwin. The food is amazing and breakfast is superb. Was super easy to rent a car for half a day from reception to do a quick trip around the island on Sunday when everything is closed.

This was our second visit to Aitutaki and it exceeded our expectations. Staying at the Pacific Resort was better than any brochure or online photos and descriptions could capture. The staff were outstanding - so friendly and professional. Any stress you have just melts away when you are greeted with a smile and warm hello from all the staff :-) The facilities were excellent, everything we needed when we needed them, great value for money. The location and setting purely sublime. Participating in the coral planting an added bonus - what a great experience. Keep up the great work!

This was our third attempt to visit this resort. The experience was worth the wait. We were looked after from the time we arrived at the airport until the time we were taken back to the airport. A new SAAB took us back to Rarotonga. The resort is immaculate and the gardens beautiful. All the plants are described. The view of the lagoon and the reef with the sunsets are magnificent. The accommodation is wonderful and the provision of great big towels is appreciated. The bathroom is spacious with never ending hot water. The staff are wonderful and helpful. There is a very expansive area with nice warm clear water for kayaks and snorkelling. The pool is adjacent to a very good bar.

A clear 10/10 experience from the food and level of service to the amazing staff and accommodation. The care taken to accommodate all aspects of our stay were exemplary. Faultless. A shout out to the bar staff at pool side. Jo, Jo, Steve and the rest of crew. Top shelf. Be sure to book the coral planting and explore the island and lagoons. You'll not be disappointed.

From the first glimpse of the villa right down to the smallest of details inside our stunning accomodation...the comfort was perfect..the layout and presentation next to none. The surroundings on arrival are magnificent. We didn't know where to look first, as all was breath taking. The Pacific Resort Aitutaki has the most spectacular gardens, warm welcoming staff, magnificent lagoon views, a daily cocktail special where you can sip away while admiring the fabulous views. Our villa was extremely clean & welcoming with our own personal beach & verandah deck to sit & relax to take in the ambiance of our location. For a stress free relaxing holiday I will definitely return again. Thank you to all the staff for their wonderful kindness in making this trip a memory of a lifetime.

Very nice people especially both the Jo’s that run the bar. Always trying to make you smile. We really likes staying at the resort and will be back for sure. The room was fantastic and so was the view. The only minus point we could find was that we had no chairs on the beach, while most other rooms had. When we asked for them there was a mixup in communication that caused it to take multiple days. Just before we left the chairs finally got there.

Impossible to fault the Pacific Resort, the staff are all genuinely friendly and only too happy to accommodate requests. The resort is beautiful, rooms spotlessly clean, the gardens and grounds likewise. Beds are comfortable. Food and cocktails were excellent, a much needed relaxing holiday was had. It's a shame that Air NZ doesn't fly direct from Sydney to Rarotonga, only Jetstar. It's further than Fiji but well worth a visit, the lagoon is stunning and the lagoon tour is well worth doing. It is very hot and humid in March so be warned and take insect repellant as the mozzies are fierce. We will return.
