It’s like arriving at a Prison Cell. It’s depressing in every conceivable way. They’re not “apartments” at all. To describe them as such is an outrageous lie. They’re dank, dark, depressing rooms with not even enough space to open the outside window without opening the bathroom door first so the handles don’t bash against each other. In 40 years of travelling I have never walked into such utterly depressing accommodation. The Staff (who work remotely) match the “Apartment” in every way - quite useless, in the unlikely event you can contact one of them that actually does what they say they will do! My best advice - avoid this simply dreadful place and it’s Staff and stay somewhere else - anywhere else!

Rude staff who charged us 50 € (without notice) for a lamp which was already broken upon our arrival, despite having mentioned it to them. Of course it was an excuse to make money! Too bad because the room itself was quite clean, despite the smell of cigarette smoke! (Smoking is prohibited in the rooms) Wifi not working

Esperienza davvero pessima. Chiedono cauzione di 150 euro per eventuali spese di pulizie visto che devi lavare stoviglie e buttarti la spazzatura da solo. Appena arrivati wi-fi non funzionava, la camera era sporca, l’unica finestra della stanza aveva la tapparella rotta bloccata a metà finestra, i filtri del condizionatore erano luridi così come il filtro di ricambio aria nel bagno. Dopo aver segnalato tutto al proprietario si sono fregati rispondendo che “la camera era pulita secondo lo standard delle altre e non accettavano le nostre critiche”; lascio dunque questa recensione per mettervi in guardia sulla mancata assistenza al cliente e sullo standard pessimo di qualità delle camere.

Do not stay at this hotel. It is an automated check in, without anyone on property. Could be a great idea but when the machine failed to let me and 3 other guests check in, they were not responsive via email or phone, as they said they would be. Took 2 hours to check in and then the rooms had not been cleaned. I understand issues happen, but they were not helpful or apologetic. I was only in town for 24 hours, and this experience took away hours of my time there. They were only open to giving me a concession (only 15% off) if I agreed to leave a good review. Avoid and find a better place to stay.
