Les + : bien situé non loin du centre ville, réception ouverte 24 heures sur 24 Les - : pas de ménage ( un seul changement de serviettes et ménage léger au bout de 3 jours de séjour et plus rien le reste de la semaine) Le parking voiture 15 euros par jour

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa moderna struttura situata a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro città. Il parcheggio attiguo (€15 / giorno) è comodissimo, tutto è molto ordinato, ben organizzato, pulito, la colazione varia e con prodotti di qualità. La stanza confortevole e silenziosa. Personale cortese e professionale, una buona soluzione per visitare la graziosa Aix.

Struttura pulita e nuova. Camera accogliente. Offerta variegata per colazione anche se la presentazione del cibo può essere migliorata (spesso il cibo sui vassoi mancava e così i succhi nelle brocche); a disposizione dei clienti solo un piatto sul tavolo e un eventuale ricambio doveva essere chiesto. In camera bollitore per tè e caffè, ma solo 2 bustine a disposizione....abbiamo chiesto di avere una bustina di caffè decaffeinato ma ci è stata negata. Personale non troppo affabile nonostante parlassimo francese. Camera disponibile dalle 16.00, decisamente troppo tardi in una città turistica! In conclusione il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è accettabile

Clean 3star hotel. The front Office are very friendly and helpful, especially the Gentleman, so was the Manager. Breakfast is not up to standard, every morning the same cold cuts, cheese, scrambled eggs and sausages. On our 6 nights stay the room only got done once, plus you only get coffee or tea for the first night. Room (007) was ok but the heater didn't work properly, clean room. 7min walk to town.

Hotel a 1 km dal centro, una delle receptionist non parla assolutamente inglese...camera lercia, piena di polvere e capelli. Colazione con cibi di qualità mediocre e sala troppo piccola per il numero di utenti. Non lo consiglio assolutamente anche perché si fanno ben pagare. Il parcheggio costa 15€ al giorno!!! Imbarazzante il tutto.

Esperienza terribile. Camera modalità freezer che non poteva essere riscaldata perché “ormai il riscaldamento è stato spento e non possiamo più accenderlo”. Invivibile con 2 bambini. Semplicemente imbarazzante. Non c’è stato nessun tentativo di risolvere il problema e questo ha condizionato l’intera esperienza
