Séjour août 2021: Accueil chaleureux, chambres confortables et salle de bain propre et spacieuse. Clim fonctionnelle (très agréable en temps de canicule!!) Très bonne localisation: 7 min à pied de la gare routière et 15 de la gare d'Aix. Rapport qualité prix imbattable.

Ottima la posizione vicino al parcheggio e al corso Mirabeau. Camera e bagno spaziosi con minibar e bollitore. Unica nota negativa la sala colazione senza nessuna norma anti-covid: buffet aperto, nessun distanziamento fra tavoli. Per il resto staff molto cortese

Points positifs : -très bon emplacement -chambre propre -literie de bonne qualité Points négatifs : -accueil froid, pas un sourire -clim qui ne s’éteint pas et qui fait un bruit insupportable toute la nuit (personnes au sommeil léger s’abstenir) vidéo a l’appui.. -murs en papier, avoir l’impression d’être au milieu des voisins et entendre toutes leurs discussions, très désagréable -petit déjeuner réservé la veille mais en arrivant nous avons été « oubliés » : donc pas grand chose à manger pour nous -wifi avec connexion très faible, pas pratique si l’on veut travailler

La qualité de l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel de l'hôtel sont exceptionnels et contribuent largement à la satisfaction du séjour. L'établissement est idéalement placé; le petit-déjeuner est tout à fait correct. Seul bémol : les chambres ne sont pas très spacieuses. Un conseil : cet hôtel n'est pas adapté si vous avez des difficultés à monter des marches d'escalier.

Très agréable séjour, hôtel adapté pour une famille, chambre plutôt grande, et bien équipée. Très bonne situation, en plein centre ville. Prévoir des frais supplémentaires pour le parking si vous êtes en voiture.

Hôtel propre, bien situé. Accueil un peux froid. Chambre supérieur mal isolé et vétuste il ne vaut pas ces 3 étoiles. Salle de bain avec petite baignoire état moyen, meuble a revoir vétuste. La literie est de bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner simple et diversifié.

I've enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Artea very much. The old walls, and the fireplace in the room fit in with the picturesque atmosphere of the old town of Aix-en-Provence. The considerate service helped to make my stay very comfortable.

Cet hôtel a de jolis atouts pour lui. Bien placé car proche du centre, pas trop cher, propre, avec un buffet en guise de petit déjeuner mais ... car il y a un mais... Il y a un gros problème au niveau du service. Service de chambre inexistant, ici on ne fait pas les lits ni le changement de serviettes. Soit disant le règlement le mentionne ce qui est faux, il faut prévenir qu'on le veut !!! En laissant la fenêtre... avec des fenêtres accessibles par un toit ,,, c'est une blague. L'espace petit déjeuner n'est pas nettoyé entre 2 clients et pourrait être mieux alimenté si le service était fait plutôt que d'entendre le personnel discuter sans rien faire. Gros souci d'insonorisation entre les chambres, le couloir et aussi l'extérieur Bref déçu. Dommage il y a du potentiel

The hotel is quite simple so don’t expect any luxury, however, the price is correct, the staff is very welcoming and trying to arrange things, the location is perfect just outside of the old town (no noise but really close to all the attractions!). We really enjoyed our stay.
