Location was good , the main bus station was nearby where you can take the busL40 directly to m****ille airport . walkable distance to the old town . Room size was good .

エクサンプロバンスのバスターミナルに近く、スーパーマーケットも近くにあって立地場所は良い。
部屋は広くはないが、キッチンやIHレンジ、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、食器、調理器も揃っていて便利だった。
チェックインは、セルフチェックイン方式で部屋の鍵はキーボックスから入手するが、受付は日曜日や夜間は基本的に不在で、平日も閉鎖されていることがある。したがって、サービスは全く期待できない。Trip.comで予約時に、ホテルに電話して確認するように連絡があったが、電話が繋がらないことが多く、キーボックスの解除番号を知らずに現地に行ったので鍵を入手できず、初日は他のホテルに宿泊することになった。翌日、現地の人に頼んで、電話やメールで連絡を取ってもらったが、キーボックスの解除番号を通知してもらえず、受付も閉まっていたため２日目も宿泊できなかった。キーボックスの解除番号の連絡を受けたのは３日目の朝で、４泊分の予約支払いをしたが、２泊しか泊まれなかった。他の宿泊者に聞くと、***********で予約すると、ホテルに問い合わせなくてもSMSに解除番号の連絡をもらえるそうなので、Trip.comで連絡をもらえないのは予約システムに問題があると言える。今回Trip.comを初めて使ったが、予約システムを信頼できないと二度と使う気がしない。

I had a pleasant four-day stay in Aix. The large bedroom and kitchen facilities were fine but the en-suite bathroom was the worst I have experienced. The w.c. was so close to the door that it was impossible to close the door while sitting on the w.c. The large water heater was above the w.c. and dangerously low so that I frequently banged my head on it. The shower was squeezed into the corner and the shower curtain was fitted so that it was impossible to have a shower and prevent water falling on the floor.

Rather beat up & not especially clean mini studio in an excellent location, steps away from bus station, train station, the Rotonde, & sidewalk restaurants. Pros: good water pressure, hot water, dual elevators, clean linens, plenty of outlets, good WiFi. Cons: dirty kitchen, some desk staff unfriendly, dusty, funky microwave, some street noise.

The notion of cleanliness needs to be reviewed. A kitchen area (appliances + dishes) in a pitiful state, very dirty! After requesting cleaning at reception, the bare minimum was done and the dishes were still dirty. The hotel does not mention it in the adverti*****t but it does not clean the kitchen between guests in the room, voluntary withholding of information!
I quickly go over the stained sheets and towels (benefit of the doubt on the cleanliness of the linen)
Only really positive point: Underground parking and very satisfactory location.

Residence in ottima posizione, il centro di Aix-en-Provence è comodamente raggiungibile a piedi. C'è la possibilità di parcheggio coperto a pagamento.
