Sur le cours Mirabeau, un bel hôtel spa… Nous avons fait massage en duo et spa (hammam, sauna, douche sensorielle et jacuzzi à débordement…) Très agréable massage dans une ambiance au top… Excellent !.. Nous reviendrons et en plus ouvert le dimanche !..

Très bel endroit sur le Cours Mirabeau à Aix. Très bel accueil, endroit très cosy, belle décoration. Les massages sont faites dans le respect du client, je recommande le spa Nuxe pour une escapade romantique ou juste un moment pour soi. Possibilité d’acheter les produits Nuxe ensuite

Un hôtel très bien situé à Aix. Un accueil très professionnel et de qualité. Chambre très propre et spacieuse, bonne litterie, bref rien à reprocher. Petit déjeuner sur le cours Mirabeau TRES agréable. Belle expérience à renouveler dans une ville d'Aix très agréable aussi.

Nice room. Nice lighting. Great restaurants all around. The location is cut off from normal motor traffic so that makes it impossible to get Uber so keep this in mind. Chairs were a little wobbly. We had the “Do Not Disturb” sign posted and the staff knocked anyway before 9am. When we came outside the DND sign was gone. We told the front desk manager later and she said it was a mistake they made. Annoying. Most front desk staff was friendly and helpful except for one seemed to be unhappy to be there and never smiled. She was communication-challenged and had to get very simple things or questions explained to her 2-3 times. Her boss seemed annoyed with her and finally took over.

Mobilier vieillissant, linges grisonnant, rapport qualité prix du petit déjeuner médiocre. Restaurant qualité inégale : très bien le premier soir, absolument nul le soir suivant (cote de porc, exclusivement du gras et cru). À éviter.

Très belle hôtel, situer en plein centre de la place Mirabeau qui nous permet de profiter du centre ville à pied. Le personnel est top et la chambres très bien. Le restaurant pour le petit déjeuner et super agréable.Seul petit bémol à mon goût. La chambre que j’ai prise manque cruellement de décoration, cela la rend triste. Le personnel du spa et massage sont très agréable et super souriantes.

Wonderful Hotel. Everything about it was top notch.
The only exception is what others have said...it. is a nightmare to get to by car but I wouldn't ding the overall quality and value of this establishment. Be prepared to be confused beyond belief as to how to get to it. Because it is in the foot traffic area only, you will need to use the call boxes at the street baracades for security to lower them for passage and entry to the area the hotel is.
