After all, it is a big brand hotel chain. I booked two rooms in advance for a meeting in India, but my colleague was unable to make the trip for some reason. I contacted Ctrip to cancel one room. The process went smoothly and the full payment for that room was refunded. The hotel has a rich breakfast variety, and there is also a restaurant called NO MAD in the hotel where you can have dinner. There is also a supermarket called ****** 10 minutes' walk from the hotel, which is very convenient for buying snacks and drinks. The hotel also has free parking and is only 3 kilometers away from the city center.

The hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable. Although it is not the city center, the No. 8 bus terminal is right at the door and it is very convenient to reach the central square in 20 minutes. The surrounding environment of the hotel is beautiful and the scenery is pleasant. Awesome!

Out of Aix,But a bus station is beside,20 mins to center of city,breakfast is good,but staff not good at english,and not support english menu,2 times different food with same order,intersting

Un peu déçu de l'organisation du petit dej et pas de savon ds la douche. C'est pas grand chose, il y a bien pire. Je recommande (surtout si besoin charge élec)

The hotel is ok and Ibis standard. The bathroom has very old towels and the shower doesn't work properly, during the shower the water gets too hot and too cold even without you changing the temperature. Furthermore, my husband and I suffer from bedbugs in the bed and we are suffering from bites and having to treat them with medication and a doctor.

Pas convaincu par l’hôtel. Pour un coût relativement élevé, la prestation n’est pas à la hauteur. Ma chambre était petite, l’évier était bouché et franchement je ne vois pas comment le ménage a pu être fait sans que l’on s’en rende compte. Plus de produit douche dans la douche et même observation, ça relève d’un manque de suivi. J’ai signalé tout cela à l’accueil en espérant que ça ait été transmis. Pas de chance, je suis venu le jour d’une panne généralisée d’eau chaude. Ça peut arriver et les équipes n’y peuvent pas grand chose mais forcément ça n’aide pas à profiter. Enfin petit déjeuner basique, peut être à relativiser eu égard à la forte affluence. On notera un personnel plutôt souriant.
