Excellent location to the old town restaurants and shops, very convenient. A very basic room, but suited our needs for the night. Loud street made it hard to get a good nights sleep. Had to search for a plug to charge our phones.

Tout d abord,je n' ai pas l habitude de mettre un mauvais avis,car je n aime pas ce concept un peu facile. C est pour cela que j ai exprimé ma colère avant de partir de l établissement ce matin même. Une honte,y a pas d autres mots. Payer une réservation, avec plusieurs échanges mails, m assurant une chambre au calme. Au lieu,de me dire honnêtement, suite à nos échanges ,que le calme dans l établissement n était plus garanti en ce moment, à cause de travaux de rénovation.....!! Nous avons été réveillés ,hier par des coups de marteau,et ce matin marteau piqueur dans l étage du dessus. Prévenir le client me semble le minimum.... Être honnête dans la démarche.... Inadmissible de recevoir des clients dans ce contexte. FERMER SI VOUS FAITES DES TRAVAUX !!!! Manque TOTAL de professionnalisme,et de considération du client. EVITER A TOUT PRIX

We stayed there for one night and we were very glad to leave in the morning. We felt cheated and disrespected and it’s a disgrace that they charged us almost 90€ for it. It looks nothing like the pictures on booking and on the hotel's website. The room looks like a space for luggage that was converted into a double room for guests. There is a window facing a wall and a door out which is to a tiny space with a fence full of spider webs and dripping air-conditions of the floors. There was no day light because it faces a wall and it feels like a dark den. On top of it there was no door in the bathroom and there was noise from the reception through the night. If it wasn’t so late when we arrived we would have looked for an alternative solution. We sent the hotel two complaint emails but they didn't even bother to answer us.

Un grand merci pour la gentillesse et la disponibilté du personnel de jour comme de nuit. Leurs conseils pour m'orienter dans la ville m'ont été des plus précieux.
A noter également le soin extrême apporté à la propreté de la chambre.

Un hôtel simple mais très fonctionnel . A deux pas du cour Mirabeau . Un personnel à l'accueil très sympathique et serviable . Un petit déjeuner minimaliste mais tout à fait correct . La climatisation fonctionne bien ....ce qui est important à Aix-en-Provence. Je reviendrais

Hôtel 2 étoiles un peu vieillot mais entretenu. Il est très bien placé. Une place devant pour décharger. Un parking avec borne de recharge à côté. Personnel très sympathique. Literie confortable. Climatisation. Petit déjeuner. Bagagerie.
