Hotel has no reception or staff on site. Room booked for two people but set up for one. Getting extra towels etc a mission. Toilet "door" was like on an old western bar, swinging half size barriers
Pub next door a bonus.

No staff on site, everything was arranged through text or phone call, we were just given codes for entry by keypad. The rooms were very basic, no tea or coffee making facilities or water in the room. The hotel was advertised with parking but the only parking available was in a multi storey car park with a 1.9m headroom which was no good if you had a camper van or van, it was very difficult to find parking spaces in the street.

Hotel à fuir Service déplorable de la part du soit disant "gérant" Il nous appelle de son portable privé ...pas professionnel du tout A chaque conversation téléphonique, il nous raccroche au nez avant même que nous ayons fini la conversation Personne en réception pour le check in ou check out..il faut toujours les appeler pour tout renseignement Hotel sombre et sans aucun charme Attention avec le monsieur gérant qui n'as aucun professionnalisme Passez votre chemin.

Camera non pulita, ho trovato a fianco al letto (appena arrivata) capelli lunghi non miei, bagno con porta a saloon (sicuramente per viaggiatori che sono parecchio in confidenza) dato che è impossibile avere un attimo di privacy in bagno. Entrando in hotel ho avvertito un forte odore come di "cantina" andando verso la reception (preferisco non esprimermi sull'accoglienza ricevuta). Per 140 euro a notte per una doppia mi aspettavo qualcosa di più decoroso! unica nota positiva e la posizione centrale.

Arrivée à 19h40, un accueil pas vraiment sympathique. "ah ba on allait fermer, je vous ai donc encaissé" les arrivées sont possible jusqu'à 20h d'après hôtel.com.
Chambre sans électricité dans l'entrée, de nombreux poils, poussières et saletés présent sur le sol et sur les draps. Une clim disponible dans la chambre avec un message indiquant de ne pas l'utiliser... 35 degrés dans la chambre. Un bruit de canalisation. Vous vivez literallement avec vos voisins de chambre.

Parking is not included. Don’t pay extra for breakfast.
Check in the owner was quite rude and impatient. When asked about parking she provided me a spot for $35 euro a day and when asked about street parking she got defensive. Turns out street parking was free on the exact same street.
Get breakfast anywhere else in town and get 3x more value.

Nous avons réserver mais lors de notre arrivé on a oser nous refuser l’entrée en nous expliquant que nous avions eu un e-mail de prévention alors que JAMAIS aucun mail ou SMS n’a été reçu. On allait dormir dehors!!!
Accueil désagréable et sans professionnalisme.
Je souhaite être dédommagé des km parcourue jusque cette itinéraire car nous avons dû faire demi tour.
Si je n’ai aucuns retour de votre part je passerais obligatoirement par la justice française.
Heureusement pour nous un autre hôtel a su nous expliquer les erreurs commise par cet hôtel étant donner que la carte de paiement était accepter pour la réservation ainsi qu’aucun mail prévenant le refus de notre réservation n’a été reçu, ils n’avaient donc aucunement le droit de nous refuser la chambre.

Point positif: très bien situé. 450m du cours Mirabeau. Parking à proximité. Très joie deco. Chambre plutôt propre On a eu droit à une petite terrasse super agréable (mais très sale ☹️) Points négatifs: Très différent de ce qu’on nous propose via les photos internet. 3 étoiles ???? Très bruyant, aucune intimité (tout le monde entend ce qu’il se passe dans les chambres et couloirs) Notre chambre avait un wc qui fuyait.
