前台非常的Nice.房間有桌子，床很大，衞生還不錯。前台還是吧枱。從入住到存行李到推薦吃飯的地方，服務非常棒。第四張和第五張是推薦的餐廳，相當滿意。

艾克斯市區真的很難停車。建議打電話跟酒店預約停車位（衹有三個）。這是一家很熱門的酒店，挺新潮。幾個店員都非常熱心，英語不好的中國人不用擔心交流問題。因為附近在修路，店員在地圖上耐心地給我畫行車路線圖，還要主動給我推薦餐館和景點。附近有小超市，水果店，點心店，路口有當地人也去的很美味的餐館，名叫
Le Thermal。不過最好在晚上七點前回酒店。

We stayed at the Hotel Escaletto for six nights. Our stay was a pleasant one. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows was very comfortable. Our room had a decent sized bathroom with a good shower. The room faced the street but when the windows were closed it was very quiet and free of cigarette smoke from the street. Breakfast was okay. The hotel is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the train station and about a five minute walk from the city centre. The staff at the Hotel Escaletto were really terrific, very helpful and kind. Thank you to Marc, Sacha, Jasmine, Theo, Elodie and Elise! 😊

Great hotel in a very central location in Aix. Our room was very quiet despite being in such a central hotel, although we overlooked the back of the hotel rather than the street which obviously helped. Lovely staff who were all so helpful. Parking was a bit tight (you wouldn’t want to be parking a large car/SUV) but very secure right next to the hotel in a garage area. Clean, comfortable room. Roof terrace a great idea although we didn’t use it during our stay since there was so much to see in Aix instead. Great value hotel considering the fantastic location and secure parking on site. Highly recommended.
