Un XXL lit très confortable ,chambre très propre.Magnifique vue sur le lac. Personnel très gentil. Service petit déjeuner continental en chambre avec un multi choix. La cuisine au restaurant de l hôtel mérité des étoile Michelin à mon avis. Spa magnifique et très relaxant .

Séjour excellent. L’accueil était parfait. Les chambres propres et spacieuse. Le restaurant offre une belle carte de bons produits. L’accès au spa jusque 23h est idéal. Un bon moment de détente après le repas. Nous recommandons à 100%, et reviendrais avec plaisir.

Our stay was very good. Very friendly staff at reception and catering. Very clean room. The spa part is very clean. On the other hand, it’s a shame that they don’t explain the spa part to us. Chambre agréable, literie confortable. Déçue par l'un des soins choisis à l'institut. Le drainage lymphatique "mécanique" est très décevant. La machine n'a rien à voir avec ce sue peut apporter un drainage lymphatique manuel. Attention aussi à l'aspect visdes lieux : sol rafistolé dans les vestiaires, plateau rafistoler au restaurant pour le petit déjeuner. On ne s'attend pas à cela dans un 4 étoiles.

Un hotel formule1 doté d'un spa! Le seul point vraiment positif . De plus locaux qui vieillissent mal, tenues de bain et serviettes usagées, tapis de sol complètement usé en chambre. Mobilier rudimentaire et service peu accommodant : il faut descendre chercher son apéro au bar, rendre les linges de bain à la réception!! Faire le ménage aussi??? 200€ la nuit!!! 4 étoiles!!! Y a du boulot pour mériter cette mention. ... Je ne recommande vraiment pas pour le rapport qualité prix...!

Si la literie et le balcon de la chambre ainsi que l’espace Spa étaient à la hauteur de la classification 4**** ( peignoirs bien rêches, tachés voir effilochés cependant) la chambre présentait une grosse marque d’infiltration d’humidité au plafond. Le restaurant est à ÉVITER ! Petit déjeuner très bien mais cuisine des plats plus que médiocre : pommes de terres quasiment crues, salade de fruits frais cuite, etc. Le bar n’offre pas un espace cosy et il faut réclamer des petites choses à grignoter pour accompagner les cocktails… pour avoir une poignée de cacahuètes ! L’espace soin est en cours de rénovation : c’est vraiment nécessaire ! Les soins sont très chers pour les prestations dispensées. Et enfin : l’amateurisme général du personnel dans la posture pour un hôtel 4**** … C’est navrant. Un fort potentiel pour cet établissement en face du lac pourtant

Détente garantie. La chambre avec balcon est parfaite : la literie excellente (matelas et oreillers), calme absolu. L'accès au spa jusqu'à 23h est une merveille : après la fermeture au public en fin d'après-midi, il n'y a vraiment plus grand monde, à 22h nous étions 4 dans les bassins + hammam et sauna !! Je prévois déjà de revenir.

Very good stay, generally clean.
On the catering side, for a 4* very disappointed
Ask for a hot goat's cheese salad, cold bacon and don't give up + hot goat's cheese bin.. VERY COLD too
the accompaniment of the meat, 3 potatoes that follow.
Concerning the breakfast the best But still expensive for a breakfast 19€ and to finish the evening manager not friendly.
Concerning the massages, the top very kind, friendly, gentle, Recommended.
