I arrived on 13th September and stayed until 19th September and had a truly marvellous stay. Reception was very welcoming and staff very friendly and more than happy to speak English because regretfully I do not speak French, always smiling and greeting no matter what time of day you were in or out. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, lovely decor, and great facilities including air con shower superb and although it seemed to be open to the room it could actually be screened off, room was serviced every day complimentary water on first day of arrival plus tea making facility. My room had a nice view out towards the Alps and the hotel itself is very central to the main centre and to travel to other places so a great location. There is a swimming pool, spa, sauna and fitness room. Lovely small lounge downstairs behind reception with complimentary coffee. Would I stay at this hotel again, yes most definitely. What I liked · The hotel was modern and well-kept, and breakfast was good and plenty of buffets. What I didn't like · The location of the hotel: it was far from the center and the port, where there is the main walk of the city. The hotel also justified the lack of cleaning of the room with anti-covid measures, for four days they never cleaned, the basket was blew out of waste and the bathroom was also missing the stick to clean the cup. The decision is ridiculous because the kitchen staff touched the dishes, cups, pots and everything that was used for breakfast, as well as the fact that breakfast buffet was used by all the same pins to take the In addition, while booking for half-pension, just the night of San Silvestre we left without booking at the restaurant. The hotel knew that we would have dinner that evening, and he didn't care to book our table at the restaurant where he sent us to dinner. The hotel is still clean, the breakfast is not particularly rich, but the charge is not very high in the local area, 13 euros a person's breakfast.

The hotel is very comfortable and spacious. The staff are very welcome and warm! The meals are very good and breakfast with a sugar and salty choice. The space to be well is beautiful. The care and massage have been very good and pleasant.
