Hotel Regency

Clean, basic hotel. Very hard matrace. Clean rooms- housekeeping good. No seperat shower= wet bathroom floor all the time. Wifi good. Breakfast basic and every day the same few items. Downtown location. Very busy neighborhood - can be loud at night with street noise. Creditcard payment possible.

Very expensive . Nothing great for the price.just an average room. Very small bathroom. It's got a small geyser for hot water a 14 in TV. non ac room costing 4260/-. Room worth max 1800 . Staff is courteous no second thought

The hotel is centrally located in the town. Approx one hour by car from airport. Had a smooth check in. I stayed in junior suite which was a spacious room with good furnishing. In room dining has plenty of food options from the menu that includes pork and ethnic Mizo dishes too. Breakfast buffet was basic and the washroom was small. Staffs are efficient, well ***nered and helpful

It was quite surprising to see the well maintained and clean rooms though the hotel was not very new. Good option in a city like Aizawl. We stayed in the mini suite rooms which were a decent size however the bathrooms could have been slightly bigger. Breakfast buffet was not very elaborate and can have more choices. The restaurant was very small. The restaurant staff were a bit rude when taking the order for dinner which the ***agement has to look into.

The hotel is in the main shopping area. The hospitality and services are good. Rooms are spaceous and clean. The complementary breakfast is same for the four days we stayed. It is boring. They should change the breakfast menu daily. But in Aizawl this is the best hotel for stay.

The Aizawl city has very less number of hotels & among them this is probably best one. Although overpriced, but this hotel far better than other one. 1. Rooms are specious & clean 2. foods are testy & room service is up to 10 AM , whereas other hotels at Aizawl only up to 8 PM. 3. housekeeping is very prompt & fast. 4. located at prime location. Breakfast can be improved quantity wise & quality wise. Food items are overprice.

Stayed here while on a business trip and thoroughly disappointed. The hotel rests on its status as being the only 3-star in Aizawl, but apart from its central location, it has little going for it. Rooms are outdated and poorly ventilated, and service is VERY POOR, especially at the restaurant and room service. I also stayed at a homestay in Aizawl

While on a business trip to Mizoram countryside (Bairabi actually), I was told and suggested by more than a few people that Regency is the best. Since I was short on time, after finding the prices very exorbitant, I booked the lowest category room for only one night without AC. Being the only 3-star in Aizawl, the Property still needs refurbishment especially with respect to the ventilation. I have still appointed 5 stars to this Hotel because my night sleep was comfortable nonetheless and I was served Yellow Dal-Rice-Curd at 10 PM (my usual dinner during business travel) - which felt like oasis in the desert.
