The view from the hot springs was great, and the dinner and breakfast buffets were full of local cuisine.

The hotel is beautiful and natural. The distance may be far from civilization.

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, the staff were courteous, and the room was clean and very nice. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was old and unusable, the heating didn't work and it was cold, and there was mold in the public bath.

The staff are very friendly and always smile! The room is very spacious! Breakfast is a surprise!

別館「川音」のツインに宿泊しました。非常に良かったです。 雄大な景色を楽しみたい場合はこの「川音」が良いと思います。 泊まったツインは夫婦二人には充分に広かったです。 ◆良かった点 ビュッフェはお腹いっぱい食べられます。時間制ですが大人でも３ターンで満腹。 フロントやレストランから遠いですが館内は寒くありません ショップのお土産が充実しています。 部屋にある冷水ポットがありがたいです。部屋の近くに自販機もあって安心でした。 フロントで渡される紙で勘違いしやすいですがチェックアウトは「11時」が正解です 別館「川音」からは渓谷の眺めが雄大です。 鍵は回すタイプです。オートロックではありません ◆良くなかった点 個室露天に出る外のガラス戸がキュルキュル音化するので他の階の人にも 私たちの「出入り」もわかるほどです。他の階の音も丸聴こえでした。 あと部屋の各所に安普請がバレる部分があります。柱がズレていたり。 入口に近いトイレと風呂のドアが「ガタン」と音を立てて閉まるなど注意が必要。 床の間みたいな部分はきっと荷物置き場です…外国人にはイスになるのかな。 ◆ホテルの方に提案があるとすれば２点。 ・部屋着は作務衣の方が使いやすいと思います ・個室露天に出る引き戸に潤滑油を注してください

Due to an urgent matter, I booked a one-night stay on the website the day before. I stayed here about 7 years ago, enjoyed the hot springs, and had a relaxing time. However, this time, the rooms in front of me, to the left and right, were assigned to the company travel room. As expected, around 11pm, about a dozen employees gathered and started talking loudly in the hallway. Twice, I went into the room and asked him to close the door. Why did the inn assign us a room with this kind of environment? Is it because it's cheap? I can't help but think of it as harassment. The bathroom at night and in the morning was not crowded at all.
