webで予約してペット同伴のコメントを入れたところ、翌日直ぐにメール返信とお電話をくださり、丁寧に対応していただき安心して現地に向かうことが出来ました。
家族8名で宿泊したところ食事は広いお部屋を用意していただき、一家団欒ゆっくり食事が出来ました。お食事も美味しかったです。
スタッフのおもてなしも良かったです。
和室は綺麗にお掃除されていましたが、洋室のベッドの下にかなりホコリがたまっていたそうです。
全般的に良かったです

I used it for 3 nights without meals.
There was a convenience store nearby and a restaurant, so there was no inconvenience.
The children were happy to be able to relax in the Japanese-style room.
As a precaution against corona, the number of people in the large public bath was limited, and when we entered, we were allowed to enter gracefully in a reserved state.
