我們有預先告知會有點晚才抵達飯店，服務人員非常親切的為我們解說住房的注意事項，非常友善。整體房間乾淨簡單，做為短時間的住宿非常適合。

距離會津車站步行約5～8分鐘，周邊有超市 拉麵店 藥妝店，生活機能不錯，不過會津的餐廳19:30左右或更早就打烊，覓食務必趁早
房間清潔與服務都及格，唯一令人傻眼的是電梯只有一座，早餐與入住尖峰時段，搭電梯會等到翻白眼
服務人員很親切，離車站很近，早餐尚可，還有一個要住這裡的因素，就是車站旁邊有一家大超市，可購買當地食物商品，非常棒及最佳住宿點

酒店明亮。清潔，容易找到，員工每事都講解很清楚，，重要的事情，Trip說來電解決問題，但接待處無電話找我，即時知Trip講大話，
。。跟進Trip的單，，(原定舊的站前富士，前台說Tirp沒連络酒店，也無收到金額，還跟我锐小心這公司，還欠站前富士酒店的欠款)跟Trip跟進他們只是推卸責任，。。(大家小心。。)

東横INNに初めて宿泊しましたが、フロントの方もとても親切で、部屋もとっても清潔感があり綺麗でした。また、アメニティも色々揃っていて、食事も美味しかったです。

東橫會津若松，就在車站對面很方便，但飯店服務人員應變能力較差，自動入住的機器不能用台灣的信用卡，也不會主動告知客人可以改用別台機器現金支付，在那邊卡很久，另外停車塔的管理員跟櫃台之間溝通不良也是問題。
