The check in was easy. The staff were super friendly and helpful and patient. There was quite a line up for check in and the two gentleman on the desk checked in people fast and were friendly to everyone. The room was very clean and the beds were one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in at a hotel. I would rebook here without hesitation!!

First time staying at a Garden Inn by Hilton. To be honest, I expected more from the facility. The positives, the rooms were very clean. The mediums, we were out of of a few essentials by the first night (lotion dispenser was empty, out of toilet paper. Towels were a big one. If we had booked for 2 adults and two kids, we would have expected at least 4 towels. The hot tub, was extremely hot. To the level that my wife could not even get in. We asked the caretaker whether this was normal and he said the guests liked it that way..... Okay, but was that safe??? I assure you not. We decided to have breakfast on the first morning. I must say, another disappointment. What gets advertised within the hotel as to how the breakfast should be and what you get was frankly false advertising. All in all an acceptable experience.

Our stay was very convenient to Arenas as we were in town for a Ringette tournament. Easy access to many restaurants and shopping as well.

Staff was amazing! Greeted with smiles and very helpful. Restaurant food was really good and great staff as well. Rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable.
