This is really a great hotel. Staff are all nice, hotel’s facility is also good. Free drink and snacks are available in hotel lounge. Highly recommended to anyone who planned to tour in Aomori!

初めての鯵ヶ沢温泉です まず チェックイン時の説明が足りなく 食事時間等表記した紙でももらえたらまだ良かったかな 夕食会場は説明されましたが 行ったら朝食会場の立て札になってたので フロントに戻り「夕食会場はどこですか?」と聞き直しました 夕食と朝食の種類は少なく感じました夕食は飲みをメインにしたのでそんな感じませんでしたが 朝食はご飯ジャーも家庭用で すぐ無くなりスタッフの対応が大変そうでした あと 色々な物が無くなってもすぐ補充がなかったので 食べれなかった物がいくつかありました ラウンジはチェックイン時から 22時まで利用出来るとの事でしたが 20時半位からの津軽三味線もそこで披露されており その時はドリンクやグラスが無くなっても中々補充されずな感じでした お部屋にはラウンジからのお水補充用のボトルが用意されていましたが 何度も行かなければいけない感じでした 温泉は 露天が小さかったですが そこそこいい感じでした スタッフの方の愛想や声掛けの対応は良かったように思いましたが 補充するなどの手が回っていなかったので改善してほしいのと チェックイン時の説明不十分の改善したほうがいいのでは?と思いました 売店の営業時間も 朝食食べ終わった後に寄れるよぅにしてほしかったです

リゾートしらかみの旅でGWに1泊しました。 日本海が目の前！海なし県に住む母は、その眺望に感激していました。 お部屋はとても清潔でした。 お風呂も今まで体験したことのない化石温泉で、露天風呂は海風を感じながら大変気持ちよかったです。 お食事も迷ってしまうほど品数豊富でどれも美味でした。夫はビール飲みながら揚げたて山菜の天ぷらを何度もおかわりしました。 子どもたちは綿あめ作りをコツを教えてもらいながら2回も挑戦させてもらい、満足してました。 またオールインクルーシブで子どもたちが好きな駄菓子に飲み物、アイスもあり、大人はお酒も楽しめ最高です。 そしてこのホテル最大の特徴は、心あたたまるサービスではないでしょうか。鰺ヶ沢駅からの送迎バスでは、子どもの日ということで運転手さんがハーモニカ演奏してくださったり、夜の津軽三味線の時間は、大笑いしながら青森のおもてなしを満喫しました。 スタッフの皆さま、ありがとうございました。

I stayed here with my parents and grandmother. We arrived about 15 minutes early, but we were welcomed warmly. After checking in, we were able to relax in the lobby and enjoy a cold beer. We got a room facing the ocean, and the view was amazing. The hot spring was also wonderful, and we had a great time going back and forth between the sauna and the open-air bath.
