This is really a great hotel. Staff are all nice, hotel’s facility is also good. Free drink and snacks are available in hotel lounge. Highly recommended to anyone who planned to tour in Aomori!

初めての利用でした。 各種サイトの口コミどおり、お風呂・食事・館内設備がとても良かったと思います。 特に食事は地のものを中心に少量で多種にわたり楽しめました。

初めての鯵ヶ沢温泉です まず チェックイン時の説明が足りなく 食事時間等表記した紙でももらえたらまだ良かったかな 夕食会場は説明されましたが 行ったら朝食会場の立て札になってたので フロントに戻り「夕食会場はどこですか?」と聞き直しました 夕食と朝食の種類は少なく感じました夕食は飲みをメインにしたのでそんな感じませんでしたが 朝食はご飯ジャーも家庭用で すぐ無くなりスタッフの対応が大変そうでした あと 色々な物が無くなってもすぐ補充がなかったので 食べれなかった物がいくつかありました ラウンジはチェックイン時から 22時まで利用出来るとの事でしたが 20時半位からの津軽三味線もそこで披露されており その時はドリンクやグラスが無くなっても中々補充されずな感じでした お部屋にはラウンジからのお水補充用のボトルが用意されていましたが 何度も行かなければいけない感じでした 温泉は 露天が小さかったですが そこそこいい感じでした スタッフの方の愛想や声掛けの対応は良かったように思いましたが 補充するなどの手が回っていなかったので改善してほしいのと チェックイン時の説明不十分の改善したほうがいいのでは?と思いました 売店の営業時間も 朝食食べ終わった後に寄れるよぅにしてほしかったです

リゾートしらかみの旅でGWに1泊しました。 日本海が目の前！海なし県に住む母は、その眺望に感激していました。 お部屋はとても清潔でした。 お風呂も今まで体験したことのない化石温泉で、露天風呂は海風を感じながら大変気持ちよかったです。 お食事も迷ってしまうほど品数豊富でどれも美味でした。夫はビール飲みながら揚げたて山菜の天ぷらを何度もおかわりしました。 子どもたちは綿あめ作りをコツを教えてもらいながら2回も挑戦させてもらい、満足してました。 またオールインクルーシブで子どもたちが好きな駄菓子に飲み物、アイスもあり、大人はお酒も楽しめ最高です。 そしてこのホテル最大の特徴は、心あたたまるサービスではないでしょうか。鰺ヶ沢駅からの送迎バスでは、子どもの日ということで運転手さんがハーモニカ演奏してくださったり、夜の津軽三味線の時間は、大笑いしながら青森のおもてなしを満喫しました。 スタッフの皆さま、ありがとうございました。

不錯住，食物好吃，雖然不太喜歡自助式的，不過真的好吃。 大廳零食吃到飽，蘋果汁喝到飽，喝的好爽。 有按摩超加分，按得又很好，泡完溫泉按真的超舒服。 房間可以直接看日本海，在房間看海發呆真的不錯。 總結就是還會想再去一次

いろいろと親切にしていただきました。ありがとうございました。 お料理はバイキングだったので、よくあるパターンを想像して、期待しておりませんでしたが、特に派手な感じはありませんでしたけど、とても美味しかったです。今までのどこのバイキングより美味しかったとの声もありました。オールインクルーシブもいいサービスだと思います。 ひとつお願いが、バリアフリーのお部屋を借りましたが、ベッドに手すり的なものがあれば良かったです。

リニューアルされた和室にベッドはとても快適でした。海側の部屋で天気も良く景観は最高でしたが、窓が汚れていたのが気になり残念でした。 食事は夕食、朝食ともに美味しく最高でした。 ビュッフェ形式ですが個々の器に盛られていて上品な感じで良かった。どの料理もとても美味しかったです。 オールインクルーシブなので色々な飲み物を堪能できました。特にお酒類は◎です。 ビュッフェのスタッフの男性がとても親切丁寧な対応で良かった。 また是非利用したいです。
