It was our second visit.Everything was great . The 4 condition score just basically
the roof looks like it might need maintenance..Interior was great,pool was great ,and the included breakfast was exceptional. The staff were wonderful. I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay again at villas ajijic..breakfast was perfect, cooked to order...pool was nice and warm, and quiet evenings...easy walk to some good restaurants..some friends didnt have hot water for 2 days but made due...front entrance is a bit weird if you arrive after 5 pm...better know some spanish....

Muestran en su página que contarás con estacionamiento y no fue así la habitación tenía olor a drenaje toda la noche, la habitacion que me asignaron no fue para nada a lo que yo vi en su publicación. El agua de la ducha nunca salió caliente y el clima en esta temporada es frío. El agua de la alberca estaba sucia .

En el área de las albercas un poco descuidada.
No hay reglamento visible y los huéspedes comen y beben dentro de la alberca.
De las dos albercas,sólo está en uso una de ellas.

La salida peatonal huele a excremento muy fuerte, saliendo de la propiedad el olor es terrible. El desayuno incluido es siempre, chilaquiles y huevo al gusto, buenos. Un dia no hicieron el cuarto, por que no les dío tiempo. El jacuzzi, las instalaciones muy caseras, las llaves sueltas y mal instaladas. Aunque agua caliente siempre hubo. La queja al a administraci´n, fue escuchada y la respuesta fué: " Así es , aveces no se limpian todas las habiaciones."

El estado de las llaves de regadera, agua tan caliente que te quema o tan fría que te congela.
