El hotel está muy bonito, jardines verdes y bien cuidados. La vista a la laguna es inmejorable. Excelente ubicación. Los cuartos son muy amplios y muy limpios. El buffette de desayuno muy bueno. Gran atención del staff

Inca según ellos les llegó la reservación de la anotación. Así que nos tuvieron 2 horas esperando a ver como lo confirmaban.

Pésimo servicio e instalaciones viejas y descuidadas, desde el check in tuvimos que esperar 20 minutos para la entrega de la habitación después de las 3 pm. Estuvimos dos noches y no hicieron el aseo en la habitación, las albercas heladas y sucias, con su sistema daypass saturan las áreas comunes y roba la tranquilidad del lugar, el restaurante bajó excesivamente su calidad pero subió en exceso sus precios. No hay seguridad, cualquiera entra y sale del hotel.Quisimos solicitar room service y resulta que después de las 10 pm no hay ni comida ni bebidas. eso sí a las 12:30 llaman para presionar la salida.

El lugar, excelente. Pero la tarifa de la aplicación e altísima, comparada con la que tiene el hotel, prácticamente al doble y sin desayuno incluido. Hasta la chica de recepción se impresionó de lo alto de la tarifa.

Staff were helpful & friendly. The room was nice & big. No drinking glasses. Paid $2,400 pesos for a New Year’s Eve Dinner. Nice venue BUT the entire dinner buffet was ice cold! Everyone at our table felt the same. Just terrible a waste of money. Fireworks were great.

Bien en general, pero un detalle que no me agrado nada es que tienes que solicitar que prendan el jacuzzi de las suites a las personas de mantenimiento, el problema es que depues de esa hora no hay nadie que lo pueda prender. Me comuniqué a recepción y me comentaron que el horario de los jacuzzi de las suites es hasta las 10:00 pm.
Me pareció pésimo que ni siquiera se me notificó de dicho horario de uso.
