Bahi Ajman Palace Hotel

This is our 2nd visit ito the Bahi Ajman Palace hotel. We visited this place 1st in April this year. We liked it so much that we decided to come here again. Clean cosy rooms, a very effective, good and polite team of servismen, who clean the rooms evey day very effectivly. We liked also the hotel restaurant. The restaurant servismen work very quickly, quietly, professionally. They are very polite and frendly. They do what you want immedeately and with kind smiles. We'd like to mention these men as especially very good and kind men who work in the restaurant - Sohel, R aj, Sanjay, Roshani. We liked the restaurant food, especially rich and generous dinners. The beach is regularly cleaned and the people who work there are redy to help at any moment. Thank you Soju for medical help. In geneal all the people who work at the hotel are highly professional helpful kind and good. Thank you everybody.

Having stayed at this hotel for many years I have to say that I was bitterly disappointed with this trip We booked a King Sea View Room on a half board basis which I understood to be Bed Breakfast and either lunch or dinner I have a problem with my hip and when we got to our room i was disappointed that on previous occasions we had managed to book a room with a walk in shower The room we were given had a shower over the bath and the sealing around the bath at the tap end was all breaking away which subsequently caused the water to seep through and flood the bathroom floor To get around the issue of the Shower situation we agreed to occupy a suite at an additional 200 Dirhams per night, the room in question did indeed have a shower but unfortunately as it was located on the top floor I experienced a huge problem with air coming from the taps bidet etc which as i explained to them must be caused with air in the system To my surprise a lady on reception admitted that there was an issue with the plumbing on the top floor and despite several visits fro engineering the problem was not solved fully. The other thing I complained about was that the Half board in their terminology actually means bed breakfast and a 50Dirham contribution to eat lunch or dinner. When I pointed out that 50 Dirham didn’t buy a burger and chips in the sports bar the comment I received was that Burger and chips fell under the heading of a La Carte which in itself seems ridiculous. The holiday was pretty much ruined by these events but would comment that the staff working in the restaurants and indeed the guys who take care of the guests on the beach and around the pool were exceptional in their professionalism and care offered to all the guests as was the Food and Beverage manager who went out of his way to listen and take on board the issues we experienced. When we originally stayed at the hotel it was managed by the Kempinski Group and unfortunately all I can say is that the overall experience we endured over our 10 night stay was far from what you would expect from a 5 Star establishment

The hotel service was good. I helped the customer book a hotel. Due to special circumstances, he had to return to China early and needed to refund one day's room charge. I contacted the platform and after feedback from the platform and the hotel, the hotel agreed to refund one day's room charge! This is the first time I have met a hotel that agreed to refund the room fee. Give the hotel a thumbs up, otherwise more than a thousand yuan will be wasted!

We stayed this time 5 nights in the Oberoi Beach Resort Al Zorah. It was the fifth time we were there. The driver from the hotel picked us up from the airport and also brought us back to the airport. Very nice service. We arrived at 04.30 am in the morning in the hotel and the checking in was very quick so we could sleep a couple of hours and then we went to breakfast. The breakfest was this time in buffet and also you could choose something from the card. The breakfest food in restaurant Vinesse was very good. On the same day we arrived we did a trip to Dubai with the driver and the car from the hotel in the afternoon for going up in to the Burj khalifa en saw the Pearle show. Every one must see this show it is a great show. The other days we stayed at the beach and at the pool. The lunch and dinner are also very good in Vinesse Restaurant. We hope next time we will visit the new villa's and the new pool and restaurant are also ready. Thanks to Yadna from the Vinesse restaurant and george from concierge and munish the driver from the hotel.

Where to begin, and most importantly, how to sufficiently thank each member of this extraordinary team? I had an incredible stay at Zoya last week, and every person who took care of me contributed to making it unforgettable. Everything is perfect: the location, the food, the services, the activities, the facilities... there is nothing to complain about: Zoya is an incredible place that solves all your problems by offering you a bubble of paradise during your stay. Everything is clean, new, modern, calming, and the cuisine is exceptional. But what struck me the most: the people. Thanks to Clarice for the organization, to the doctor and the dietitian for their attention, to Maya for her special attention to the rooms, to Nimi for the incredible yoga classes she gives, the attention she gives to everyone, and her extraordinary voice that soothes your stay, to Irish and the entire spa team for their professionalism, competence, and kindness, to Mohamed, Shara, and the entire restaurant team for their smiles and kindness, to Manish for his help and professionalism, to the entire healthcare team (nurses, physiotherapists), and all the people I had the chance to meet during my stay. Just checked out after 9 wonderful nights. All the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to may our stay wonderful. Christopher at the restaurant went over and above to sort any issues + Chris & Thilina at the pool provided excellent and attentive service. Exceptional hotel - all the staff were brilliant. We have stayed at numerous 5* hotel in the past 20 years and this hotel is the best we have stayed at - 5* hotel with 5* service - best ever AI, Marriott should be proud of this hotel and it's staff and would definitely stay again.
