The dorm itself is clean, with comfy beds and secure lockers. What makes it exceptional is the welcoming atmosphere created by the friendly staff. I don't know where should I start from but, the arrival experience is very good it was started by offering welcome drinks and garlands. If I talk about staying in their tent room was very comfortable and so pretty. We have enjoyed cycling and badminton as well there. Their pool is also very clean and preety. They also have a very good and beautiful cafe inside the resort as well which is ”SOL” rooftop cafe is very very recommended. The food is very tasty & good there. Mr. Ranveer is fantabulous and very hospitable. He knows the comfort of a guest. He really very good in his job I wish him very best for his future. Mr. Yuvraj is very nice and soft spoken he took a very good care of us. Mr. Salim and Ms. Pooja from housekeeping are verry nice they are really perfect in their job and their hospitality is very good. Their magic activity is also very engaging. I loved all the things. My over all experience is fantabulous.✨✨✨♥️♥️♥️ I'll definitely come to this property again. Thankyou so much for everything.♥️

Below things were not good 1. Blanket cover were torn 2. Towels were very old, even if they have cleaned them nobody can still use them 3. Asked for sugar packets for that they refused and asked to get them from their kitchen 4. No geyser and no television. They didnt recharge it even after so many requests. Such hotels should not list amenities which they cannot deliver and accordingly should reduce their prices. I would only recommend this hotel to bachelors because family cant stay here.

It's is very comfortable and peaceful it's more comfort with my fav person and providing peaceful sleep and can't leave this place for life time and temprature very balanced and we are providing all these benefits

The room is quite good overall and cleaner than other hotels in India, although the furniture was full of dust and there was damp on the wall. But there are many details that need to be improved: The first day there was a bottle of water in the room (although hot), but the second day they didn't leave it; So, we asked for it and they told us to order it from the restaurant. We had to explain to them (as best we could, because the guys who send the room don't speak English, only Hindi) that the water was not for drinking, it was for brushing our teeth because we can't do it with tap water. In all the hotels in India except this one, they have put water in the room for us to brush our teeth and drink. The first day there was only a small bottle of shower gel in the room and it is a room for two people; So, we had to order another one. The next day, when we left the room, we told reception that when they cleaned it they should leave two bottles of gel and hand towels, because there was only a shower, but when we arrived there was only one bottle and no hand towels. We had to ask again for the towels and another bottle of gel and explain that each person needs a bottle because they are small. We also had to ask for toilet paper because there was very little in the room. The first day there was no hot water in the shower; So, my boyfriend took a cold shower. Before taking a shower, I called the reception to say that there was no hot water, they gave it to us and I was able to take a shower with hot water. The next day there was no hot water again; So, before taking a shower, we called reception to ask for it, they came to try to give it to us, but they made us wait a long time and it didn't come out hot; So, we got tired of waiting and we both took cold showers. When we went down to the reception to check out we discussed it and they told us that we should have notified us again, how many times do we have to ask for hot water for them to give it to us? There is a refrigerator but it doesn't work. The room was already paid for through the application in which we booked it, but when we checked out they made us wait to see if there was any more charge and they tried to charge us for restaurant charges that were not ours, since we had not ordered anything. They brought first one ticket, then two others... They don't even know who the restaurant tickets belong to. Is incredible! We told them that we couldn't waste any more time because the train was leaving and we left.

A great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the hospitality of the wonderful staff. We were here for almost a week. We were greeted with big smiles and a welcoming warmth, the moment we reached right from the guard at the gate to the valet. Specially Mr prem and Nitin who received us. The reception staff was warm and took us straight away to our room. Since we had our pet with us, they had upgraded us to a more premium room with an attached garden that was ideal for our little boy. He loved playing in the garden and exploring new areas. Ms Foziya and Mr Ritesh Jangid were lovely in welcoming us. Had lovely conversations with Mr Ritesh. The food was amazing, all the chefs were warm and went out of their way to make us try the local cuisine. Chefs Hitesh, Narpat Singh and Narayan Singh were lovely. The food was lip smacking specially the Sambar, methi chicken, dal tadka and gulukand mithai. The house keeping staff Mr Mahendra Singh, Bhupendra Singh, Rahul Singh and others kept our stay comfortable and were always there for any need. The spa was a treat, we were there almost everyday, Vino and Alam ***** with Hoto were very warm. The treatments very exceptional. The waiting staff at the bar and the courtyard were very warm and attentive, always smiling and eagerly waiting to meet any demand or need. Evenings were made special thanks to Hargovind and Kishan, a special mention to the lovely cocktails Kishan made for us. They were new and quite tasty. All the staff at Aravalli especially Divya Sapna and ranveer were very attentive and warm. The checkout was seamless, Sagar, Ankit and Sandhana assisted efficiently and made the whole process effortless. A special thanks to Mr Rajesh who kept us informed about trips to Ajmer and Pushkar, gave us local knowledge and was very helpful overall. We had a lovely stay and looking forward to visiting this lovely property again.
