I have been in Konya almost every month and have stayed in almost all 5 star hotels. This hotel is by far the worst.
The only thing I can give is the view, but so I have little fresh air on the 21st floor because the windows at the top can't be opened.
So I was in a 27 degree room all night and the next day I smelled like I was living in a bar.
You can also see from the pictures what catastrophic state the furniture is in.
I didn't even get a chance to use the toilet brush because the handle was dead.
I would definitely recommend booking another hotel or staying in a 2 star hotel with definitely better hygiene.

It was a really good stay, especially considering how we were staying for free because or our meeting with the national agency. service and hospitality was super nice and workers were friendly, we even had long talks with some of them. food was alao great. chicken was top-tier. overall, a good stay with the minimum amount of setbacks. also good location with plenty of shops nearby
