Awesome view that overlooks a big hill with Lake in The middle of the hill. Very recommended for those who want to relax, spend honeymoon, staff there are friendly and helpful. Breakfast has variety daily.

Otelin manzarasının harika olduğunu duyduk başka bir yerde konakladığımız için bizde yemeğe gidelim bari dedik. Yemek çok kötüydü çorba kaç günlüktü bilmiyorum eşim et yedi altında ki patates püresi ağza bile alınmıyordu. Menüde çeşit yok fiyatlarda çok yüksek. Birdaha asla uğramayacağım bir yer. Nice place to relax, good massage, average food, nice staff. Big rooms, with nice balcony, fantastic view of the lake. Relaxing place, not so many activities to do. Little difficult to arrive too, collateral Road.

I book a room for 3 persons and it should have been 35m2, as we entered to the room we saw that, they put a rotten bed crooked middle of the road that, you can not pass, if someone wants to go to the bath needs to jump over the beds, without any services for the 3rd person, I called the reception and told him there is no towel, no pillow, and there is a lot of shortage, so please send someone to look, He told me you can come up here!!! I went to him and said the problems and He told me just you booked a double room for three people. I said ok it was your option for 3 people and the room should be 35 m2 (the room was not even 20m2) To get the missing Items I had to call several times to receive them, as they want to give them as charity. I will not recommend this Hotel

The hotel was in a great spot.. the view is magical..the hotel is old and needs maintenance but the staff are amazing. I would like to thank every one of them for the constant smile and their help and making my stay unforgettable, especially Wisam she was very helpful for all the residents. She speaks Arabic in case someone doesn't speak English or Turkish language also, I would like to thank Miss Arwa for her help in giving me extra time to stay as my flight was late at night it's a very friendly family hotel, but it needs a lot of maintenance. It's highly recommended for people who like to enjoy a beautiful magical view of Trabzon.
