"Nice hotel. Not central to the CBD, but perfect location for Old Street, night markets and the bus to the canyon. Room was great, but for a 4 star hotel, it really needs a fridge in the room. Breakfast was good, but a little more variety would be appreciated. They only offered the same 2 fruits 3 days in a row. A shame in Xinjiang, with so many different and cheap fruits around. Other than that, hotel was great. Would definitely stay again."

The hotel breakfast offered a rich selection of both Western and Chinese dishes, allowing me to enjoy delicious food while admiring the stunning landscape. Furthermore, Manager He from the front office and Xiao Yi at the front desk provided incredibly warm and attentive service, always ready to assist with any request, which we greatly appreciated. This hotel truly blends the grandeur of snow-capped peaks with a luxurious travel experience, making it an unforgettable stay."

"First, the room smelled terrible due to backflow from the drain. I told the front desk the first time, and they even lit incense for me, but it didn't help. They only changed my room after I insisted. Second, regarding the parking fee downstairs, I paid for it myself in the morning. Since my car hadn't left within 15 minutes of check-in, I went to the front desk to inquire. They told me to pay it myself first, and they would reimburse me when I returned. Then, when I checked out, the hotel started shirking responsibility, making all sorts of excuses. It's not that I can't afford one night's parking fee, but I can't stand the way these businesses behave; it's unbearable! This was the worst hotel I stayed in during my trip to Aksu, bar none."

"I'm a long-time Atour customer, and this is the first time I've heard of a hotel turning off the air conditioning. I checked in late at night, only to be told there was no air conditioning, just heating. It was so hot I couldn't sleep; the windows were tiny, and opening them didn't help. I don't know what the management was thinking. Finally, when I went to use the toilet, I found a cigarette butt in the toilet bowl. This is truly the worst Atour hotel I've ever stayed in!!!"

When we asked for 2 more bottles, the waiter refused and said that we had to apply. After waiting for a long time, when we asked for it, we directly said that there is a rule that only four bottles are allowed in a room. . . very good! Does this service deserve four stars? What are the managers doing? By the way, not only the cleaning aunt but also a supervisor were also present to watch the company training like this, grabbing water from the hand and wearing gloves after cleaning the toilet. You can experience it for yourself. . The various steps in the room are very dangerous to go to the bathroom at night, so please book with caution if you have elderly or children. The room hygiene is okay. If we only compare the hardware conditions with the local area, it is okay. I can live there."
