Were they afraid of making a mistake? Didn't they check everything beforehand? This kind of service left me speechless! 2. I mentioned online that there were lobby bar privileges. I asked what they were, and they only replied that they were available the following afternoon. I asked what the lobby bar privileges were, and they said the next day. Seriously… I asked twice and got the same answer. The next morning, I saw that there were lobby bar privileges too??? 3. When I went out, I encountered a staff member and asked if they had a tote bag. They gave me one so I could pack things for a meeting. When I returned to my room, I found several laundry bags instead??? 😂 There was only one laundry bag hanging on the clothes rack in the room. I don't need a laundry bag, I need a tote bag…😱 Am I supposed to take a laundry bag to the meeting…? 4. After finishing the meeting on the 3rd floor, I went down to the 1st floor, which led to the coffee shop on the other side. I went to the lobby and asked a waiter. The waiter said there was nothing I could do; if you come down from the 3rd floor, you can only go down to the coffee shop. I asked, "So every time I come down from the 3rd floor, I can only go to the coffee shop and then walk around to the lobby?" She said, "Yeah, there's nothing I can do." 🤷♂️ I'm really…😓"

The rooms were spacious, well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. A special highlight was the halal breakfast, which we absolutely loved. There was a good variety of delicious options, and it was very convenient for Muslim travelers. The quality of the food exceeded our expectations and made our mornings even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The location is also convenient for exploring Aksu and the nearby city center. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aksu. One of the best stays during our Xinjiang trip."

"It's hard to give a bad review, but the hotel was terrible. The front desk service was cold and unfriendly, with no smiles. The breakfast time and location were only told to me after I asked, and they had a stern face the whole time. The welcome fruit promised during the booking was not provided. The hotel had a very strong smell from the new renovations, and the noise from the square dancing downstairs was extremely loud. It only quieted down at 10:30 pm. I would not recommend staying at this hotel."

The sanitation and service are excellent. The front desk was very friendly and even upgraded my room for free. The room also came with four free bottles of mineral water, which is much needed in such a dry place like southern Xinjiang. The security guard also helped with my luggage. Overall, the experience was very good. There are also many delicious restaurants near the hotel. Highly recommended."

"First, the room smelled terrible due to backflow from the drain. I told the front desk the first time, and they even lit incense for me, but it didn't help. They only changed my room after I insisted. Second, regarding the parking fee downstairs, I paid for it myself in the morning. Since my car hadn't left within 15 minutes of check-in, I went to the front desk to inquire. They told me to pay it myself first, and they would reimburse me when I returned. Then, when I checked out, the hotel started shirking responsibility, making all sorts of excuses. It's not that I can't afford one night's parking fee, but I can't stand the way these businesses behave; it's unbearable! This was the worst hotel I stayed in during my trip to Aksu, bar none."

"The appearance of the homestay is rich in ethnic characteristics and the environment is quiet. It is very convenient as it is within easy reach of the Old Street Night Market. Unfortunately, the software is inadequate, especially for breakfast service. There is only one cook and one waitress, who are unable to handle more than 20 guests at the same time. There was a suspected dispute between them, which made the service even worse! The most outrageous thing is that the breakfast package really only includes food, and drinks are at your own expense, including water! I've never tried a breakfast package but had to pay for water!"
