出了車站、行走在往昭和館森林酒店的路上、沿途風景很美、周圍很安靜、衹有行走的腳步沙沙作響、看見酒店大門、令人眼前一亮、走入大堂、玻璃外面猶如森林般綠色盎然、遇見一對光彩照人的青年男女在此舉辦訂婚儀式、真是很美好的時光～

今回 ここに宿泊したした理由は ドライサウナが良いと聞き宿泊決めた。チェックインの時 お風呂は外部者が21:00まで利用可能なので お風呂スパ利用 21:00 以降が良いですとハッキリ説明受けた。楽しみに入りに行くと 何と看板がかかり21:00 以降利用出来ないとなっている。妻に聞くと女性は使えたとの事で妻は満足。
私はこれでさらに何故か疑問が湧いた。
良く朝 受付に行くと 女性サウナは 入れただけで中のサウナは稼働して無かったとのこと。 男性は サインがかかり入れなかったと 言うとレセプションのマネージャー すいませんの一言も無く サインかけ忘れ、 従業員は21:00 以降 ドライサウナ使えない事言うべきだったと言い訳 謝りの言葉まったくなし。 サービス精神ゼロ これが20年も続くホテルか呆れしまった。
ホテル行政 おもてなしの❤️ゼロ。
残念でした。

初めて夫婦二人で宿泊させていただきました。ビジネスホテルでの宿泊だと思って来た妻は、フロントの対応、部屋の広さ、清潔感、価格に大喜び。予約した私も想像した以上に落ち着ける場所でしたので、一カ月後に二連泊で再度予約させていただきました。 来年閉業とのことですが、東京とは思えない環境にあるこのホテルをもっと早く知ることができればよかったです。

ゴールデンウィークのお出かけついでに宿泊させてもらいました。 所々、設備の古さは否めませんが、品がありつつ、かつリラックスできる雰囲気が良かったです。 ビジネスホテルですら、家族連れだととんでもない金額になる事もある今日このごろ。ちょっと頑張って泊まる価値は大いにある宿でした。
